As Anwar and Hakura are sentenced to death, they flee after the police car capsizes on the road while they are being deported. As each one goes his separate way, Hakura runs to Jamalat and then hides in his apartment in Mokattam.

Officer Hussam searches for Anwar and Hakura in their homes. As Anwar escapes from Hussam and Tareq in Qalioub Hospital, he escapes in a dairy cart heading to El Firdaws estate, and he rescues the child Karim after palm trees fall on him.

Anwar tells Karim's mother a false story about him. As Anwar asks Karim to go to his school, he is surprised that there are some underage children working. Anwar's mother goes to Shirin's school to complain against the principal. As Hakura goes to the Pasha, Abdo and Tamer watch him.

As Sasso helps Hakura escape from the Pasha's ambush, she asks him to work with her. Anwar helps Karim's mother to sell milk after El Dahl's men refuse. Abdo and Tamer escape from the police’s attack. Hussam and Tareq discuss an action plan to arrest Anwar and Hakura.

Anwar escapes from an ambush in Qalioub led by Hussam and takes the milk cart back. As Sasso asks Dr. Fawzi to do plastic surgery for Hakura, he agrees after he asks for a large sum of money. As Anwar's mother falls into a coma, Nevin stays by her side.

Anwar burns the dairy factory to get rid of the milk and cheese mixed with formalin; he explains to Karim's mother why he did it. Hussam tries to reach Anwar by tracing the calls. Sasso discusses with Hakura his situation and his new name.

The Pasha meets Hakoura with Sasso in a nightclub without recognizing him. Anwar explains to Dahl and the men the reason for his escape last night. Hussam and Tareq visit Nevin's house to question her about Anwar’s whereabouts. Dahl tries to find out Anwar’s secret.

Tareq discovers that Habiba is Hussam's sister. Dahl plots to photograph Anwar with the photographer of the estate while boiling milk falls on the face of two children and Anwar treats them, which baffles everyone about his truth. As Dahl reports Anwar to the police, Hussam comes to the estate.

Firdaws helps Anwar escape after the police ambush. Hussam and Tareq interrogate Firdaws after her return, but she denies knowing anything. Sasso quarrels with Hakura for leaving without her knowledge. Hussam's wife, Hala, is transferred to the hospital.

As Anwar escapes to a coffee shop, one of its customers takes him to El Qabayit estate to an acquaintance. Hala’s operation succeeds. Obeid’s wife, Akeeda, quarrels with his other wife Saadia in the presence of her father, the mayor, and her husband. Hala discusses with Nevin Anwar’s case.

Anwar settles in his new hideout with the Obeid family. The two officers, Hussam and Tareq, go to Nancy, Hakura's ex-wife, to interrogate her; they meet Hakura without recognizing him. Tareq meets Habiba to ask for her hand in marriage.

Hakura devises a plan with Sasso to reach Nancy without being discovered. Akeeda's schemes continue with Saadia. Nancy gives Hakoura a bag of starch powder instead of drugs.

Hakura and his henchman Sinan go to Nancy to take the bag of the goods and all her jewelry. Officers Hussam and Tareq discover that the fake police have gone, so they go to her again to investigate her disappearance. Sasso asks Hakura to distribute drugs to young students.

Habiba calls Tareq to apologize for what she said to him. After Obeid is injured by the flour machine, Anwar reveals his identity and decides to carry out an operation for him; Akeeda reports Anwar to the police.

As Obeid's operation succeeds, Anwar escapes before the arrival of the two officers Hussam and Tareq. Hussam is injured after a failed attack on the mountain. Hala tells Hussam that Tareq wants to get engaged to Habiba.

Sasso's plan to flee with Hakura to Cyprus succeeds. Obeid tells the mayor that he will leave Akeeda without divorcing her because of her action. Hussam gets upset with Tareq because of his request to marry Habiba, but he eventually agrees after asking Habiba.

As Anwar escapes to Alexandria, he meets master Baghadda who helps him get a forged ID with a different name. Nevin asks Hala if there is any news from Anwar. Hakura and Sasso return to Egypt to start their work.

Hussam and Tareq find out that Anwar is in Abu Qir. As Hala remembers her engagement to Anwar, Dr. Naguib wants to propose to her. Master Baghadda tells Anwar the story of Master Karam.

Master Baghadda goes to retrieve her goods from the warehouse of Karam after it was robbed. Anwar discovers that Baghadda is slowly being poisoned by Sanyia, so he takes her to the hospital for gastric lavage. Dr. Naguib is upset after Dr. Nevin rejects his marriage proposal.

Karam discovers the return of the stolen goods to Baghadda. As the clothing merchants report Karam to the police, he asks them to wait 48 hours. Baghadda kicks Sanyia, Safy, and Saleh out for trying to kill her. Karam blackmails Baghadda with the goods in exchange for not exposing Anwar's secret.

Baghadda asks Morsi and Abdul Tawab to take all her goods from the store, then she takes Anwar to her sister's in El Duwayqa. Hakura asks Sasso to distribute the goods all over the country. Karam reports Baghadda to the police.

The police arrest Karam and summons Baghadda to ask her about Anwar, but she denies knowing him. Habiba, Hussam's sister, goes to the hospital, as it's revealed that she's taking drugs along with her friends, Sahar and Afaf.

Officer Tareq discovers that the cause of the addiction is heroin mixed with sugar in tea. Nevin denies to the police the presence of drug addiction cases in the hospital. Hussam and Tareq go to arrest Salem El Pasha who asks Hussam to negotiate his innocence after he's taken to prison.

Hakura asks Sassou to be the Pasha's replacement in the arms trade. Anwar fights with a guy for bothering Lubna. As Nancy blackmails Hakura, Sasso informs Hakoura that she will agree to marry him if he kills Nancy.

Nurse Nadia asks Dr. Fawzi to officially announce their marriage or give her a million dollars to keep quiet about the cosmetic surgery of Hakura. Habiba recovers from her addiction. Hakura kills Nancy in agreement with Sasso. Lubna refuses to marry Talaat.

As Talaat ruins the food cart of Master Nehmiduh, Dr. Zuzu captures his father Hajj Suleiman and takes money from him as compensation. Officers Hussam and Tareq listen in on Nevin's call to Anwar.

Dr. Zuzu tells Anwar about the story behind his name. El Yahu meets Sasso to talk about Hakura and their projects. Officers Hussam and Tareq go to interrogate Dr. Nevin at her home after contacting Anwar.

Nehmiduh asks her daughter Lubna to forget Anwar. Hakura tells Sasso the story of his three marriages. Dr. Fawzi asks Nadia to help him with the shipment of new medicines. As Anwar goes to the hospital to analyze the medicines, he meets Nevin who helps him escape while officer Tareq was there.

Hakura tells Sasso about his money plan with his children. Anwar learns about the imported medicines and their effect on patients. Dr. Yusef asks Nevin to take him from the hospital to the factory. Nadia blackmails Hakura in exchange for his pictures.

As Nadia negotiates with Sasso and Hakura on the money she will take from them, Sasso plots to get rid of her. Nehmiduh and Lubna go to Nevin to do an operation for her. Sasso tells El Yahu the latest developments under police supervision.

As Anwar tells Baghadda about Lubna's situation, she insists on coming from Alexandria to visit her. El Yahu tells Dr. Fawzi about Hakura's factory. As Nevin injures her hand, Anwar insists on treating her himself. Dr. Zuzu takes Anwar to a place away from the police.

Fawzi tells Hussam and Tareq that Anwar is hiding with Zuzu. As El Yahu kills Salem Pasha and blows up Nadia's new car, he also asks Hakura to buy land in Sinai in his name. During Fawzi and Nadia's wedding, Zuzu and Anwar meet Nevin who gives him Yusef's report.

As Anwar tells officer Hussam the whole story, the police force arrest everyone. After Hussam gets injured, Anwar performs an operation for him. It's revealed that the two criminals are Dr. Fawzi and Dr. Naguib. As Nevin asks Anwar to let her go, he is determined to be with her and they get married.
