After Mounir dies, his wife Amany loses her mind and goes to a mental hospital. When Amany escapes, her daughter, Hala looks for her. She has an argument with her uncle about her inheritance. Kitty is lonely because she's an orphan who moves from one family to the next.

Hala's uncle made her sign a cheque for one million pounds without giving her the money. When she goes with her husband Anas to get it back, he threatens them. Yehia feels lost when his wife falls pregnant for the third time.

Hala decides to file a lawsuit against her uncle Magdy. Yehia feels alienated and sad while traveling with his wife.

Amany wanders the streets with her hospital inmate. Yehia slips a mixture in his wife's juice that makes her lose the baby without knowing.

Amira loves Murad and she's jealous of Kitty. Yehia fights with his wife Nesma for taking Tramadol. Amany sees Magdy in the street but he runs away.

Sarina is arrested for dealing drugs, and Kitty and Yehia help him out. Murad wants to marry Kitty.

Magdy forces Hala to sign a waiver of the case at gunpoint. Hala watches Yehia.

Hala and Yehia exchange phone numbers after she deliberately hits his car. Yehia is running out of Tramadol. Anas discovers that he has Lymphoma.

Hala tries to get close to Yehia and tells him that she's divorced. Kitty spends her time with Neima who lives alone.

As Yehia gets ready to meet Hala, Nesma worries about him.

Hala tells her uncle's wife that he's having an affair and she catches him with another woman.

Anas undergoes an operation without telling Hala. Yehia and Nesma have a fight because she answered the phone without telling him.

Kitty spends time with the musician Yusuf who wants to propose to her. Magdy kidnaps Hala's daughter, Habiba.

Habiba is returned to Hala. Kitty and Murad's relationship reaches a crossroad. Sarina is jealous of Murad.

Anas discovers that his post-op medical results are not good. Kitty wants Yusuf to help her achieve stardom at any cost.

Hala spends the night with Anas at a nightclub, where Kitty works as a singer. Nesma arranges a birthday party for Yehia.

Magdy asks Yehia to withdraw from the auction in which Adham is competing but he refuses. Nesma is pregnant again.

Anas is considering traveling abroad after starting chemotherapy sessions. Yehia is arrested after Adham plants Tramadol on him.

Yehia is released after another person is brought in to take the fall for the charge. Hala stumbled upon a street ad for her missing mother.

Yehia tries to use the mixture again to abort Nesma. Yasser finds Touha, who was looking for Amany.

Hala suspects that Anas is having an affair. Magdy meets Kitty at the nightclub and he likes her.

Nesma dies after her last abortion. Hala decides not to see Yehia again.

Yehia is in the hospital after nearly dying of a Tramadol. Kitty visits Neima after a long absence.

Magdy visits Yehia at his house and finds Hala there. Inssaf has a breakdown and regrets what she did with her life. Magdy tells Anas about Hala's relationship with Yehia.

Anas divorces Hala. Hala finds out that Anas has cancer.

Yehia asks Hala to marry him. Hala tells her uncle's wife about the proposal which stumps her because Hala and Yehia are actually siblings.

Inssaf tells Yehia that Hala is his cousin who was trying to get her stolen inheritance. She gives Hala a cheque with her share of the inheritance.

Inssaf dies after Magdy hits her. Yehia and Adham work together to take down Magdy. Magdy wants to marry Kitty who is actually his sister but he doesn't know.

Adham persuades Magdy to invest all his money in a fake deal. Anas' health starts to improve and he wants to marry Anaam.

Yehia and Adham succeed in getting Magdy's money. Yehia and Hala confront Magdy after they learn that he killed their father and registered Yehia under his name. Magdy kills Hala and Yehia.
