Zain al-Din enjoins his minister Qaymaz to take care of his children and to have Muzaffar ad-Din take over the rule of Erbil under his tutelage. Qaymaz gets angry as Muzaffar imposed taxes and dismissed all workers. Salah al-Din makes a four-year truce with the Frankish kings. Yusuf confesses his love to Shams.

2nd Episode

Muzaffar travels to Mosul with the commander of the army, who thanks him for taking over Erbil. Yusuf asks his mother to marry Shams, the daughter of the commander of the army. The emir of Mosul asks Muzaffar to work with him against Salah al-Din. Arnaud breaks the truce and attacks the Muslim convoy.

3rd Episode

Sayf al-Din Ghazi, the emir of Mosul asks Muzaffar ad-Din to raise taxes, which he does. The merchants are arrested for not paying taxes. A dispute arises between Muzaffar and Qaymaz. Salah al-Din increases the equipment of the army, which instills fear in the emir of Mosul.

4th Episode

Muzaffar is angry at Qaymaz for raising taxes without his permission. Qaymaz deludes the emir of Mosul that Muzaffar is raising taxes. Yusuf asks Muzaffar to join the ranks of Salah al-Din, but he shows loyalty to the emir of Mosul. Qaymaz deposes Muzaffar ad-Din from the rule of Erbil and appoints his brother Yusuf.

5th Episode

Muzaffar is held in a cave and prays to God to lift the oppression that befell him, after which he escapes. Qaymaz poisons Muzaffar’s food. Shams agrees to get married without a big wedding, while Yusuf is afraid of the rule and its responsibilities. The attack of Arnaud’s men on the Muslim convoy fails.

6th Episode

The emir of Mosul rejects the idea of an alliance with Salah al-Din, who invites Yusuf to join his ranks, and orders the completion of building a wall around Cairo. Fakhr al-Din, Shams' father, objects to the alliance of Salah al-Din and Yusuf and travels to Mosul to break off Shams and Yusuf’s engagement.

7th Episode

Muzaffar turns to someone to unshackle him and sets off on his horse in the desert. Yusuf defeats Qaymaz, who offers to put Fakhr al-Din in charge of the Mosul army. Arnaud refuses to return the money he stole. Yusuf sends Salah al-Din a message that he’s coming to ally with him.

8th Episode

Muzaffar ad-Din arrives in Mosul and the emir appoints him as ruler of Harran. Yusuf chides Fakhr al-Din for not defending Muzaffar and for taking Qaymaz and the governor of Mosul’s side. Rabia asks for a divorce from her husband Commander Saad al-Din. Qaymaz asks to marry Shams and threatens her father.

9th Episode

Qaymaz marries Shams against her will, and decides to dismiss the chief of the court, Sharaf al-Din, and takes his place. Muzaffar ad-Din arrives in Harran, where he takes over as its ruler. The emir of Mosul sends Muzaffar a message asking him to prepare armies to defend Aleppo against Salah al-Din.

10th Episode

The emir of Mosul puts Muzaffar ad-Din in charge of the right wing of the army, which sets out. At the clash, Muzaffar and Yusuf cross swords. Upon being defeated, Muzaffar decides to join Salah al-Din’s army, which angers the emir of Mosul, while Arnaud attacks a Muslim convoy and arrests his sister.

As Sayf al-Din Ghazi dies and Izz al-Din Mas'ud succeeds him as the emir of Mosul, Izz thinks of making peace with Salah al-Din, which angers Qaymaz. Muzaffar ad-Din liberates Edessa from the hands of the Franks. Arnaud releases Rabia Khatoon and sends a warning to Salah al-Din.

Muzaffar ad-Din stops the attack of Arnaud's soldiers on the convoy of Rabia Khatoon, who’s impressed by his bravery. Salah al-Din moves towards the fortress of Al-Karak. Christina objects to Arnaud's actions. Izz al-Din agrees to Salah al-Din's terms of peace. Qaymaz is arrested as his plot to kill Yusuf is revealed.

13th Episode

Izz al-Din Mas’ud apologizes to Yusuf, who refuses to return to Shams in the event of her divorce from Qaymaz. Shams decides to return to Erbil and live with Muzaffar's mother. As Rabia tells Muzaffar that Arnaud will attack every convoy, the latter attacks the convoy of pilgrims. Qaymaz manages to escape from prison.

14th Episode

The princes of the Franks are disturbed by Arnaud's actions for fear of the revenge of Salah al-Din, whose army attacks Arnaud, who is defeated and flees to the desert, but Commander Hussam attacks him. Arnaud flees back to Al-Karak. Yusuf returns to Erbil. Commander Saad al-Din, Rabia's husband, dies.

15th Episode

Muzaffar proposes to Rabia. Yusuf decides to marry Shams, who dreams of a man trying to kill her. Yusuf dies upon being stabbed by Qaymaz with a poisoned dagger, and enjoins Muzaffar to take care of his mother and Shams. Muzaffar kills Qaymaz in revenge for Yusuf, and takes over as ruler of Erbil again.

16th Episode

Salah al-Din's army moves towards Lake Tiberias, along with Muzaffar ad-Din and King al-Adil, to besiege Arnaud. Muzaffar suggests to ibn Nafi the idea of setting fire to the dry grass under the hooves of the Frankish horses. The Muslims win the battle of Hattin and Salah al-Din kills Arnaud.

Finale

François proposes to Christina. Salah al-Din dubs Muzaffar ad-Din the Blue Wolf and weds him to his sister Rabia Khatoon. Muzaffar returns to Erbil with his wife Rabia. François betrays Christina, expels her and marries Louisa. Muzaffar ad-Din and Salah al-Din continue chasing away the Franks.
