As Umm Taghreed (Taghreed's mother) travels with her daughter to a foreign country, she resents the airport security procedures, especially since they're Arabs. After leaving the airport, she loses her daughter and son-in-law. A mistake leads the police to think that Umm Taghreed is a terrorist.
With false allegations made of Umm Taghreed being a terrorist, she gets imprisoned and interrogated. As ISIS declares that she is affiliated with them, she gets wrongfully convicted, and the charges against her are proven after the toys she had were switched with real weapons.
Some thieves kill Mansour, the son of the mute lady, Noura, while looking for the pearls she hid with him. They try to kill her too, but she flees. She prevents her brother Saleh from seeking revenge, fearing they'll kill him too, so he hatches a plot to travel on the same boat as them to Bahrain.
Saleh reveals what is inside the box he carried with him to the boat as he has been hiding his sister, Noura, inside it so that she can take revenge on her son's killers. She starts killing them one by one until some think that she is a ghost in a black robe that's haunting the boat.

As Umm Ibrahim loses her young son in the market, he is found by Umm El Saaf, of whom the children are afraid because of a burn on her face, and she tries to take care of him.

Ruqayya is a very stingy, strict lady who is resented by everyone who works with or for her. She develops a heart condition and needs a heart transplant.
Ruqayya looks for a donor and tries to buy a heart from living people. Meanwhile, Raja gets seriously ill after her husband gets accused of murder, and she starts taking care of her children. When the doctor tells her that she is dying, Ruqayya tries to convince her to donate her heart.
Raja agrees to sell her heart to Ruqayya in exchange for her children to live with her in her house in luxury, and indeed, Raja and her children move to Ruqayya's villa.
When a woman asks the photographer Osama to watch her little daughter's stroller for a moment, he is surprised that it contains explosives. As he gets accused of being behind the bombing, he runs away and enters Khaled's grandmother's house, where he tries to hide.
At first, Khaled's grandmother thinks that Osama is really a terrorist, so they write on the pizza money that they are being held hostages; however, Osama proves his innocence to them, so they try to help him when the police arrive, but he gets killed by snipers.
Souad runs an office for hiring out Indian servants in the area. As she sympathizes with their physical and psychological conditions since she is of Indian descent, she tries to help them when they receive bad treatment from their employers.
