After his brother dies in Naples, Philadelphia lawyer Michael Hamilton heads there to settle his estate. Upon his arrival, Michael discovers that he has a little nephew who is being raised by his maternal aunt, the pretty cabaret singer Lucia, which upsets the priggish Michael, who insists that the boy be raised in America.
