As a brutal murder occurs in the city of Vinci, it soon attracts the attention of three different cops, all battling a myriad of familial problems.

As Frank tries to deal with the aftermath of his partner's death and the difficult financial situation it left him in, the rampant corruption in the city threatens the investigation as the officers assigned to the case face pressure from various parties.

Paul continues to spiral after a confrontation with an old army friend forces him to remember the past. Ani and Ray look into a tip provided by Caspere's assistant. Frank struggles to get back on his feet after another of his associates dies.

As the investigation into Caspere's death uncovers more shady dealings, Ani faces a plot that threatens her career. As pressure mounts, the three detectives are forced to conduct a raid that ends on a tragic note.

With the investigation into Caspere's death closed, Ani launches her own investigation hoping to uncover the truth. Ray discovers that he was set up by Frank. Paul and Ani realize how deep corruption runs in Vinci.

Frank makes a deal with a Mexican cartel in an attempt to locate Irina. Ani goes undercover for an operation that brings unwelcome memories from her past. Ray makes a decision about his family.

The tables are turned on the three detectives as they face accusations of misconduct. As they continue to put the pieces together, they realize that they are up against the entirety of the Vinci PD.

With Paul down, Ani and Ray put their heads together to close the case and uncover the truth. The identity of the real culprit is revealed as Frank and Ray prepare to make their last stand.
