Hadal Al Jassim's men beat Salem, Awad's son, amidst the latter's mother's screaming and defending him. Hadal quarrels with his son because he is trying to protect Salem from him.

Following the burning of Umm Salem’s house, the latter enters the hospital, and Mohja takes care of her. Salem is able to escape after stealing a box from the train and disguises himself as a soldier. Hadal distributes money to the residents of the area with the aim of influencing them to elect him.

Mohja refuses to marry her cousin Fawaz and decides to stay with her mother until her brother Salem returns. She also saves Burhan from death.

Mohja's mother dies, and a masked man whose identity no one knows seeks to help her and give her all the information about the conflict between her father and Hadal. Meanwhile, Salem discovers that he lost his identity during his escape.

Ratiba dies, and Mohja reveals the young man she knew at first glance to be Zamil, Hadal's son. Sayyah seeks to obtain land by influencing the minister.

Mishal detains Mohja and asks her to tell him where Salem is. Hadal asks his son Zamil to travel and stay away from Salem and his sister.

Mohja is still detained despite her failed attempts to escape, while Zamil searches for her so that he can marry her. Elsewhere, Salem escapes from the place he was in.

Zamil manages to smuggle Mohja without his father's knowledge. He also decides to leave home and go to Baghdad, while Sayyah becomes angry.

Hadal asks Sayyah to monitor Ghanem. Shalshul brings his relative to work at Hadal's house, but the latter tries to assault her.

Tarfa decides to take revenge on Hadal after he raped her. When Sayyah disappears amid Hadal's suspicion that Tarfa had a hand in his disappearance, he remembers the incident where Rubab's tongue was cut off so that she would not tell anyone about his son from Ratiba.

Salem disguises himself as a businessman named Shamil Ibn Abdul Wahed. Zamil marries Shams, and they go to live in Baghdad. As for Mohja, she searches for Salem everywhere in Baghdad.

Najwa feels insulted by Zamil's earlier refusal to be with her when Mansour visits Shamil's company to negotiate the percentage of the deal.

Sayyah's body is found near the well. When Ghanem is accused of killing him, Hadal suffers a heart attack. Shams tries to commit suicide.

Marhoun dies. Shamil feels grateful to Kamel for his help in establishing the company. Shams is saved, and when Zamil learns the news, he decides to leave the residence.

Shamil remembers his beloved in the village. He also knows that Zamil came to Baghdad to treat Shams, and he feels sad for her. Meanwhile, Mujamal and Miteb are still waiting for Hadal to die.

Shams meets Nesma upon her return to the village with Zamil. The officer investigates Miteb about Sayyah's murder, while Shamil searches for Zamil.

Miteb sends Shalshul to the sheikh to talk to him, but the latter refuses to meet him. Zamil takes Shams to the sanatorium. When Shamil learns about the matter, he asks Hamid to secretly hand over a sum of money to him.

Zamil believes that Najwa was the one who donated the money to the clinic for Shams’s chemotherapy session, so he becomes angry and tells the doctor that he refuses to accept the money and that he will look for a solution. Meanwhile, Shamil refuses to reveal his identity.

Shams believes that Zamil went to Basrah while he went to the village. Miteb appoints Shalshul to be his assistant.

Hadal becomes paralyzed, and Miteb fires him from work. He also places his personal picture on top of the desk, while Tarfa encourages him to take revenge on him.

Zamil goes to the hospital to donate his kidney to Shams, especially since she is pregnant and does not want to have an abortion, as she is going blind. Miteb prevents his father from going out or having anyone visit him amidst Tarfa’s joy.

Shamil searches for Mohja after learning that she disappeared from the village the day he left her. Shalshul turns against Miteb and Hadal after the sheikh of the mosque convinces him.

Tarfa tries to seduce Mujamal and influence him to take revenge on his father, while he asks her to guide him to Zamil's whereabouts. Shamil meets his cousin Saja and obtains a fake passport.

Shamil meets Saja, and she tries to get close to him, and Miteb quarrels with his brother because he kicked his father out of the house. As for Shams, her health condition is getting worse.

Soha gives Nesma Salem's number so she can contact him while he is still meeting with Saja. The relationship between Hadal and his son, Miteb, who decides to quarantine him, becomes tense.

Nesma finally calls Salem and promises to meet him. Meanwhile, Saja suffers from sadness because she has not found her real family.

Nesma meets Salem, and she is very happy. He gives her a large sum of money to treat Shams, while Miteb tries to reconcile with his brother.

Miteb thinks about killing his brother so that he can become the sheikh of the village instead of his father. Tarfa meets with Rabab to tell her about Hadal’s bad situation. Shamil promises Nesma to register the mosque at the Ministry of Endowments immediately upon his release from the hospital.

Tarfa tells the sheikh of the mosque that Mujamal and Miteb are fighting over the sheikhdom, and Zamil goes to the village to register the mosque located on his land in the name of the endowments.

The sheikh of the mosque calls on the people of the village to stage a sit-in, and Majamal supports him against Miteb’s seizure of Zamil’s land. Shams’s condition improves after her meeting with Zamil.
