Wanoos goes to Inshirah's family and tells them that he and their father Yaqut have inherited some money. Aziz confirms the inheritance story.
Wanoos takes Yaqut to the hospital to save his life. Wanoos helps Aziz with his taxi and tells Nermine that he will treat her paralyzed son.
Wanoos manages to treat Nermine's son Yaso who starts walking. He encourages Dounia to enter Nabil's room and takes Nabil to a wedding.
Yaso's condition gets worse after a quarrel between Inshirah and Farouk. The family members decide to look for Yaqut. Wanoos takes Nabil to a nightclub where he meets his father.
Wanoos threatens Yaqut to keep his end of the deal or he will destroy his family. Wanoos takes Aziz to the palace that Yaqut has inherited.
Dounia gets closer to Nabil. Wanoos convinces Farouk to quit teaching and give religious lessons in rich people's houses.

Yaqut explains that he committed all sorts of sins 20 years ago in exchange for the money Wanoos gave him. Nabil is questioned about Hayat's murder, and Gharib tries to frame him.
Nabil is arrested for Hayat's murder. Wanoos tells Aziz that Yaqut sold the palace and told Nabil to kill Hayat.
Nabil is acquitted and Yaqut gives the money bag to Aziz. Gharib kills himself. Inshirah threatens to kick Dounia out if she doesn't marry Aziz.
Inshirah refuses to forgive Yaqut. Dounia tells Nabil that she wants to marry him, not Aziz. Wanoos Asks Farouk to bring Nabil on as a guest on his TV program.
Farouk asks to marry his colleague Noha and she wants the marriage to be official, not customary.
Dounia tells Aziz that she doesn't want to marry him and Aziz doesn't bring it up again.
Dounia agrees to get engaged to Aziz as protection from Inshirah. Nabil resumes singing in the nightclub. Hala, Farouk's wife, agrees to his marriage to Noha.
Wanoos teaches Aziz how to gamble. Hayat's daughter, Maeali, admires Nabil's voice and gives him money.
Aziz gets engaged to Dounia. Farouk marries Noha, and his wife and daughters attend the wedding.
Farouk neglects Hala and his daughters. Maeali asks Nabil not to leave her.
Aziz tells his mother that he rented an apartment for Dounia and they got married. Wanoos tells Yaqut about his children's suffering.

Nermine wants to get her son back from her ex-husband. Maeali and Nabil want to tell Inshirah that they want to get married after closing the nightclub.
Nermine's ex-husband agrees to give her back their son. Yaqut sees Inshirah who reproaches him for their separation and refuses to return to him.
Wanoos wants Yaqut to sign the contract to sell his soul to him but he declines. Yaqut goes to see his family but he drops dead at the doorstep. Wanoos is furious that the deal fell through and threatens all the sons of Adam.
