Salma rebels against her life with her husband, Saleh, due to his difficult situation and his inability to carry out her requests. She asks him to persuade his father to sell the land so that she can buy everything she wants.

Walid succeeds in convincing Saleh to excavate antiquities under his house in exchange for a large sum of money, and Darwish Abu Harba watches them, while a group of investors gather to establish a large project in the neighborhood.

As he confesses to his father that he agreed to sell the antiquities, Saleh is afraid that the government will find out, while Salma bears Saleh's guilt when the police arrest him.
