Jess and her friends are at the final wedding ceremony of the summer season wagering to know their luck.

Schmidt gives Jess tips on mobile dating. Winston is anxious to make the police cadets like him, which causes a problem as Nick, Coach and Cece attend a party organized by his fellow officers.

When Jess's dad comes with his new fiancée who has been with Jess in high school, Jess tries to sabotage their relationship. Schmidt asks the guys for help to land a sponge ad, but things go south.

Nick challenges Jess that she lacks depth same as men in terms of dating. Cece joins forces with Winston to deceive Schmidt and Coach.

When things don't go so well between Coach and the school nurse, vice principal Jess imposes a "no fraternization" policy for the teachers, until she has a crush on the new Science teacher. Nick is having fun as he becomes the secretary of Schmidt and Winston.

Since Winston's police academy training requires that his house must be inspected, Jess admits that she might have illegal substances.

Nick says that he is gay to avoid problems with Jess's new boyfriend. Coach is annoyed with Winston. Schmidt is vexed as Cece thinks of having breast reduction.

Jess, Coach and Ryan go to a teacher's conference hosted by education guru Brenda Brown. Nick, Schmidt and Winston want to have a fun weekend after Jess travels.

Winter is approaching, and everyone hasn't got into any relationship yet. Schmidt suggests that everyone should bring someone fit for another roommate on Thanksgiving dinner party.

Schmidt feels contrite about attempting to understand the concept of girl fight when Jess and Cece get into an argument. Nick dates Tran's granddaughter, and Winston thinks that she has something up her sleeve.

The friends are about to go on holidays, but they get stuck at the airport.

Nick and Coach are worried as they meet Winston's training officer. Jess asks Schmidt to convince a councilwoman to stop night constructions outside the loft.

Jessica opens up about her relationship to the other teachers, causing them to feel annoyed. Teachers believe that Jessica's relationship is affecting her field trip.

Jess assists Schmidt and Nick in presenting their new business idea to entrepreneur Lori Greiner. Winston and Coach decide to help out Cece.

As a bar opens in the neighborhood, Nick asks the gang to join him in a bar crawl on Valentine's Day. Jess and Ryan are worried about what's to come.

Jess recalls her past when she travels with her friends to her old home in Portland, Oregon to attend her dad's wedding to Ashley.

Schmidt asks his girlfriend to try Nick's famous sauce. Jess wants to know who CeCe has feelings for, and Winston keeps the matter under wraps.

Jess and Cece find a familiar face when they return home after a wild night. Coach doesn't want Nick and Winston to attend May's art exhibit.

Jess breaks into a funeral to delete an improper message she has sent to the departed. Schmidt's mom, Louise comes to town. Winston wants to spend time with his police partner, Aly.

Jess accompanies Fawn to a charity golf tournament, but she lands in trouble while trying to impress politicians. Winston encounters a pretty lady and hides his job as a police officer from her.

Schmidt takes the blame to help Fawn avoid public condemnation. Jess appoints herself as a "love doctor". Coach is about to make a fateful decision with May.

Coach discusses with his friends his must-haves while travelling to New York. Jess and Nick re-examine their relationship. Schmidt comes to know Cece's feelings towards him.
