A university professor and archeology researcher clashes with a gang stealing Pharaonic antiquities. He survives an assassination attempt but loses his memory and forgets his past completely. He is rescued by a group of gypsies and lives with them in the desert, after which a romance develops between him and one of the tribe's girls.
