Director Raed Andoni tells the story of his suffering from chronic headaches, which prevent him from completing any tasks. He attends treatment sessions with a doctor in the city of Ramallah, where the doctor promises him that he will be cured of headaches after 20 sessions. Raed also depicts the treatment sessions during the film.
