Muhammad dreams of moving to Cairo to become a filmmaker. There, he meets Salma and Bassam, in whom he finds what he is missing, self-confidence. After learning that their parents belong to the leftists of the 1970s and stood against an unjust regime, he begins researching his father’s life, hoping to find something exciting in his history that he can tell.
