As Louie works as a part-time mechanic, his wife Kim is the one who's getting paid a higher salary. Louie gets into trouble with his new neighbors. As Kim makes a tempting offer to Louie, he's wondering about her true intentions.

After he spends quality time with Kim, Louie gets in over his head as she wants him to spice up their love life or deal with the repercussions.

Louie faces a challenging task when he ends up being the night watchman after Kim runs into a young mugger.

As the 4th of July approaches, Kim's plans for a picnic go up in smoke after Louie spends her money on an expensive action figure.

In an attempt to get him to lose weight and lead a healthy life, Kim's plan to get Louie on a diet only backfires, as it makes him want to eat more.

After having the house to themselves, Louie is looking forward to spending some quality time with Kim, but his plans are derailed after he does a stupid thing.

After finding out that Lucy is behaving in a rude way, Louie and Kim enlist the help of Walter to discipline her.

When Tina's rebellious daughter Shannon leaves her mother's house, she ends up with Louie and Kim, as she disrupts their lives and drives them crazy.

Instead of looking after his sick daughter, Louie goes to a basketball game with Mike and Rich and ends up getting arrested for driving under the influence.

After trying to get Ellen to look after Lucy, Louie finds himself forced to go to church, where he finds a surprising listener in the confessional booth.

In an act of defiance, Louie decides to quit his job after he finds out that his wife is behind him getting a raise at the muffler shop. He starts looking for a new job.

As tension mounts between them, Kim realizes that she doesn't love Louie anymore. She leaves the house and tells him that this is better for both of them.

When Louie decides to fill in for the clown in Lucy's party who doesn't show up, he dresses up as Mr. Pizza Box Man, which lands him a new job. Kim gets into an argument at Kim's ballet class.
