Musaa'ed is mad at his wife, Mariam, for not treating their children equally. A flashback to his previous marriage shows his wife Fatema talking about how she rejected her cousin Ibrahim to marry him. Fatema is afraid that her husband has married Mariam and hides her pregnancy from him.

Mariam continues to discriminate between her daughters, Manayer and Hayfaa. Musaa'ed has married Mariam to have a son but she is not pregnant yet. While visiting a friend, Fatema finds a letter about her husband's other marriage, so she decides to go see Mariam and finds Musaa'ed with her.

After her suspicions are confirmed, Fatema avoids him until she decides how to handle the situation. Manayer wonders why her mother favors her sister, Hayfaa. Mariam thinks about marrying Hayfaa to her friend's son, Adel, not knowing that Manayer and Adel are in a relationship.

Adel and Maaayer agree to get married, unaware that Mariam is preparing for her sister Hayfaa to get engaged to Adel.

Fatema wants a divorce but Musaa'ed refuses. When Mariam wonders why, he admits he took some of Fatema's money behind her back and is afraid that she will press charges. Manayer learns of her father's marriage. When she goes out with her friend, she meets Tahaany who looks just like her.

Ibrahim’s love for Fatema stops him from following his sister’s wish to wed, and Musaa'ed asks him to reconcile him with Fatema. Fatema refuses to forgive Musaa'ed as Mariam tries to persuade him to divorce her. Adel’s mother suggests Manayer to him when he expresses his wish to marry.

In a flashback, Fatema accepts to get back with Musaa'ed as he remains unaware of her pregnancy. In the present, Adel asks for Manayer’s hand but Mariam thinks that he’s proposing to Hayfaa and tells their father so as Manayer waits for the good news.

Fatema awaits Musaa'ed’s acceptance of her terms, and Mariam waits for his decision. Fatema finds out he is not serious about meeting her terms. Adel's father asks Musaa'ed for Manayer’s hand which Mariam who thought that they want Hayfaa.

Mariam is furious that Adel wants to marry Manayer and tells Adel’s mother that Manayer is adopted. Tahany wants to know her mother's secret.

Mariam manages to separate Fatema and Musaa'ed and Fatema insists on a divorce. Ibrahim’s wife feels his rejection. Adel resigns himself to marrying Hayfaa. Youssef loses his job.

Mariam tells Musaa’ed that she’ll only go back to him if he buys her a separate house. Ibrahim tells him that she will go to court if he doesn’t give her a divorce. Hayfaa is getting ready to marry Adel but Manayer thinks all the arrangements are for her.

Manayer finds out the truth and suffers from a nervous breakdown. Hayfaa tells her grandma she didn’t know anything about what happened. Ibrahim learns of Fatema’s pregnancy. Musaa’ed agrees to give her a divorce, and admits that he took money from her, but promises to return it.

Musaa'ed and Fatema get divorced. Musaa'ed finds out about Fatema's baby. Mariam pressures Hayfaa to agree to marrying Adel. Adel gets promoted.

Tahany asks her mother about her secret, and she admits she had a baby during the Gulf War who went missing from the hospital. Manayer goes back to work to discover that Adel became her manager, and she stops him when he tries to confront her.

Hayfaa finally marries Adel and Manayer attends the wedding with a broken heart. Youssef falls for Manayer. Tahany takes a photo of her lost sister. Osama is suspected when his friendship with a guy who works for the competitor, Musaa’ed, is revealed.

Adel succeeds in separating Hayfaa and Manayer, and tries to defame Youssef at work. Tahany consoles Manayer and tells her about her lost sister. Youssef confesses his love for Manayer, but she doesn’t respond.

Adel continues to try to defame Youssef. Sara goes back to the office, and Manayer doesn’t know how to deal with her. Youssef is persistent in his pursuit of Manayer, but she is afraid to get hurt again. Musaa’ed vows to destroy Ibrahim.

Manayer’s trying to mend her relationship with Haifa, and finally decides to accept Yousef’s proposal, which he’s thrilled about. Sara tries to grow close again to Manayer. Tahani tells Manayer about her missing sister when she’s visiting, but she didn’t meet Fatema.

Manayer can’t stop thinking about the photo she saw of Nora, and finds one of herself at the same age looking exactly the same. Youssef’s mom refuses his request to marry Manayer. Musaa’ed wins the tender and tries to win Osama to his side.

Mariam wants to get rid of Manayer by marrying her off. Manayer visits Tahany again, and shows her the photo, where they confirm the resemblance. She finally meets Fatema, who wants nothing to do with her once she discovers that she is Musaa’ed’s daughter. Tahany tells her about Youssef.

Sara wants to break Manayer and Tahany up, so she tells Tahany that Manayer is adopted. Fatema decides to marry Tahany off to keep her away from Manayer, while Mariam plans to get Manayer married off. Youssef awaits his mother’s approval to marry Manayer.

Tahany starts figuring things out about Manayer and her resemblance to the photo. Manayer tells her father that she doesn’t want to get married, which upsets her mother. Youssef’s mother finally approves. Ibrahim hands the work to Mohamed after letting Osama go.

Mariam tries to get Musaa’ed to write over his property to her and Hayfaa, reminding him that Manayer is Fatema’s daughter. Hayfaa notices Adel is paying too much attention to Manayer.

Adel and Sara try to destroy Manayer, who finds a letter telling her that she is not Mariam’s daughter, which she believes given how Mariam treats her. She tells Tahany which confirms her doubts. Fatema finds a message in her car telling her her daughter is alive.

Adel tries to set Youssef up. Hayfaa hears Adel and Sara talking about the letter they left for Manayer, and why she didn’t react to it. Hayfaa tells her mom who confronts Adel.

Ibrahim is shocked to hear about Manayer, and verifies the date Musaa’ed left Kuwait. It becomes clear that Manayer is Fatema’s daughter. Mohamed proposes to Manayer, but Musaa’ed doesn’t approve right away. Adel gets caught red handed.

Manayer holds herself together as Sara rubs the truth in her face. Hayfaa questions Adel about where he got the money that she found in his bag. Mariam finally approves of Youssef, who later wins the lawsuit against Adel.

Youssef is left at a loss after Manayer tells him the truth, as Adel tries to prevent the marriage by telling Youssef that Manayer is not Musaa’ed’s daughter. Mariam sets a date for the engagement. It is revealed that she is the one who sent the letters to Manayer.

Mariam kicks Yousef and his mother put to break Manayer’s heart, who confronts her that she knows she is not her mother and tells her to stay away from her life. Youssef’s mom is hospitalized. Ibrahim and Osama's plot to entrap Mohamed works out.

Ibrahim tells Manayer and Fatema the whole truth after he confirms his info. Manayer is actually Nora who was abducted by Musaa’ed during the invasion and registered under Mariam’s name. Mariam, Adel, and Mohamed pay for what they have done. Manayer and Youssef get married.
