This film depicts the real life of Ted Bundy from the perspective of his former girlfriend, Liz Kendall, between years 1969-1977 during which he met her as a charming law student in Seattle who helped raise her daughter. Disturbing TV news of the disappearance and murder of many young girls led the police to arrest Ted as the main suspect. Liz was torn for years till she finally learned the truth.
