Despite her passionate love for Youssef, Ward is reluctant to spend her life with him. Fayd, on the other hand, refuses to apologize to her cousin after a problem that occurred between them at college.
Youssef promises Ward to change for the best. Meanwhile, things are very unstable between Fayd and Dawood. Leen's mother tries to set her up with her friend's son. Ayoub's mother is urging her two sons to consider marriage.
Dawood's mother reproaches him for his mistreatment of Ward, while Ayoub is trying to intervene to fix things between them. Badr promises Leen to talk to her parents about their marriage. Nour tells her friends that she is in love with the guy she met online.
Ward warns Nour from that anonymous and advises her to keep her feelings at bay. Ayoub tells his brother that it is not Fayd's sister he has feelings for, but Fayd herself. Leen's family meets Badr's, and the match is approved by the families.
Ali's father finally accepts the idea of his son's traveling. As their wedding approaches, Leen's mother advises her daughter on how to lead a stable life. Ayoub rejects Fayd's sister.
Ward's friends try to persuade her to leave Youssef because of his extreme hobbies, but she refuses. Ayoub tells his family that he only regards Faye as a sister. Eissa is worried if someone will ever love him despite his physical paralysis.
Faye is saddened by Ayoub's indifference to her, and Fayd tries to console her sister and promises to talk to Ayoub. Youssef tells Ward that he hates how she controls all aspects of his life.
Dr. Nagi encourages Eissa to communicate his true feelings to Nour, but Eissa is disheartened because of his paralysis. Ayoub tells Fayd that he loves her. Youssef gets infuriated as Ward shares their private matters with her friends.
Badr and Leen get married. Ward refuses to break up with Youssef because she genuinely loves him. At the hospital, Leen and Dawood engage in a conversation, and Ayoub finds this intimacy strange. Ayoub tells his mother that he's in love with Fayd, not Faye.
Faye senses that Ayoub has feelings for Fayd. Upon asking the guy she met online about his identity, he answers in riddles saying that Nour both knows him and doesn't know him. Dawood and Fayd meet up and they get closer to one another.
Ayoub cannot really get over Fayd. Faye asks her father to travel to London. Dr. Nagi asks Eissa to thoroughly think about his future and approach Nour, but Eissa says he's just waiting for the right time.
Nour accepts to meet the stranger. Eissa's operation is a success and he decides to confess love to Nour. Fayd fathoms her true feelings for Dawood. Badr dies in an accident.
Leen is transferred to the hospital after she has a circulatory collapse. Ward learns that Youssef had a hand in Badr's accident, so she breaks up with him. Eissa promises Nour to meet soon.
Things are very unstable for Ward and Leen after Badr's death. Dawood's mother is trying to reconcile the two brothers now that they both have feelings for Fayd. Dr. Nagi assures Nour about Eissa; Eissa is relieved.
Dawood's father asks his son Dawood to completely forget about Fayd and tells Ayoub that she doesn't love him. Youssef threatens to commit suicide. With physical therapy, Eissa shows great improvement.
Eissa reveals his true identity to Nour and tells her he loves her. Ayoub is to travel abroad, whereas Fayd and Dawood are still trying to figure things out.
Dr. Nagi's situation is worsening as he is forgetting everything. Ayoub travels already, and Dawood wants to seize the opportunity to propose to Fayd.
Dawood and Fayd's engagement takes place in Ayoub's absence. Leen is worried about her father's declining memory. Ward tells Nour that she is still thinking about Youssef.
On her father's birthday, Leen brings him a gift, but he doesn't realize what the occasion is. Leen is still grieving Badr's death which urges Nour and Eissa to postpone their wedding. Meanwhile, Dawood and Fayd are preparing for their wedding.
Ayoub informs his family that he will return in two days. Fayd's friends help her with the wedding preparations. Youssef is imprisoned and he is desperately waiting for Ward to visit him.
Ward tells Nour that she still misses Youssef. Meanwhile, Nour's concern over Dr. Nagi's health magnifies.
When he learns about the wedding, Ayoub gets in a fit of madness, he yells at his father and flees the house. Dr. Nagi consults a doctor who tells him that it's probably Alzheimer's and it might actually get worse.
Ayoub and Faye decide to go out together and give it another shot. Dr. Nagi's condition is going downhill, and Leen is advised to either get him into an asylum or hire him a nurse.
The doctor informs Leen that her father will probably forget everything, including his name. Fayd warns Faye from Ayoub and tells her that he's probably manipulating her.
Leen is trying to find a way to save her father. Meanwhile, Ayoub tells his mother that he desires to marry Faye, but his mother reproaches him for his indecisiveness. Faye decides to go on a date with a possible suitor.
Dr. Nagi's memory is deteriorating to the point that he doesn't recognize his family members. Youssef converses with a prison mate and tells him that Ward is the only person who loved and supported him.
Faye asks Ayoub never to call her until he sets up his mind; Ayoub decides to travel to reconsider. Leen's mother considers getting her husband into an asylum. Youssef's friend suggests that he calls his mother, but Youssef rejects the idea.
Ayoub asks his mother to apologize to Faye on his behalf, but Faye asks him to meet her in person. Leen's heart is bleeding for her father's condition. Youssef's friend suggests that he opens a car repair project.
Fayd gives birth to a baby boy, Faye gets married and so do Eissa and Nour.
Dr. Nagi enters a coma and he soon passes away. Youssef is to get released in a week and he plans on starting anew. The first thing he does is apologize to Leen, but she yells at him and refuses to forgive him.
