Hamid recalls his childhood when his father used to travel and his mother was seeing men in the apartment until the husband found out and divorced her. Hamid gives money to the doctor so that she tells Elias, Mariam's husband, that she had a miscarriage twice before, and she agrees.

Elias goes to the clinic after he was mugged. Yahya meets his partners in the company about the houses that will be demolished. El Hadi leaves the house because his wife, Fatima, is taking care of the house expenses. Fatima and her daughter Ibtisam go to Hammadi to ask him for work. Mahfouz interviews Yahya.

Kamal accidentally kills the taxi driver. As the police investigate Siwar about the accident, Siwar's father tries to persuade Mustafa to find a way to acquit Kamal. Siwar's father pleads for Yahya to get his daughter out of jail. A resident of the neighborhood warns Yahya that he saw the crime.

As Siwar becomes hysterical, Mustafa reassures her father. The owner of the cafe asks Mariam to stay away from Hamid because he is afraid of his father’s influence. As Abbas' store is sealed, he goes to Mahfouz, but he cannot help him. After Kamal returns from France, he is caught by the police.

Ibtisam accuses her mother of having an affair. Elias wants to take Mariam to the doctor to make sure that she has not had an abortion before. Shafiq wants to work in an oil company and blackmails Kamal's father to help him. The municipality agents want to close the restaurant.

Kamal tries to get close to Siwar, but she rebuffs him. Hamid asks Mariam to sleep with him, otherwise, he will not let her live in peace with her husband. As the tractors come to remove the homes that Abu Hamid bought from the residents by force, the residents refuse to let the houses be demolished.

Elias confirms that Mariam has not previously had an abortion. As Shafiq blames Mahfouz for writing an article in the newspaper about Yahya’s project, Mahfouz tells him that he did not write anything.

Yahya wants to have a relationship with a new woman. Elias suspects his wife Mariam, who is still pursued by Hamid. As Yahya admires Siwar, Mustafa tells him that she is engaged to Kamal. Mariam's father goes into early retirement.

Yahya wants to break the contract with Latifa and close the school. Kamal meets Siwar and tries to reconcile with her, but she refuses. Kamal goes to the bank and demands approval for the loan he requested, which Yahya tries to stop.

Abdul Wahid is being investigated about his trade in hard currency; Yahya believes that he was the one who fabricated the case for him, while his wife is in the hospital. His father-in-law goes to meet Mariam's husband and asks him to divorce her.

Mariam leaves work in the cafe and faints at home, so her friend takes her to the hospital. As Rabab meets with Shafiq and tells him her story with Yahya, she asks him to help her take revenge on him. Yahya asks Kamal to stop seeing Siwar in exchange for reopening the restaurant for him.

Yahya remembers when he killed a girl and made one of his men get rid of the body. Yahya intervenes to release the son of one of the men who helped hide the girl. Fatima wants to get a divorce. As Mariam works in a photography shop, the shop owner admires her.

As Siwar agrees to marry Yahya, she tries to arrange with him to take revenge on Kamal. Mahfouz is being investigated by the police about his article against the rampant corruption in the country. Rabab tries to get close to Shafiq. Ibtisam and her mother go to visit her father in the hospital.

As Yahya watches Rabab, he discovers that she's in a relationship with Shafiq. As Kamal tries to flee the country, the airport police stop him. A guy hits Shafiq with his car and runs away; Shafiq dies. When Mariam goes to visit her father in prison, he tells her that he's here because he faced Yahya.

The police arrest Hamid. Mustafa tells the secrets of Yahya and the mafia to the girl Yahya thinks he killed. Siwar confesses to the police that she was with Kamal on the night of the taxi owner’s death. The police search for Saniya after she exposed Yahya and his accomplices in the paper.
