As the pickup truck Buddy finds out that the tires of his friend, the police car Daisy Do Right, are flat, they realize that Hot Air is behind it. They devise a plan to put his mischief to an end.

When Buddy finds out that Hot Rodney is giving Half-Pint a hard time, he decides to challenge him to a race in order to make him stop bullying Half-Pint.

In order to celebrate Buddy's birthday, Daisy decides to throw him a surprise party. As Buddy gets sad after thinking that no one remembered his birthday, things turn around when his party takes place.

As Daisy is getting ready for her police test, Jack and The Wild Bunch decide to lend her a hand by pretending to be thieves, so that Daisy can practice.

After the Wild Bunch accidentally spread butter over Skipping Rope Bridge, Daisy tries to fix the problem by sending PC Snooze to help out. But he ends up getting stuck in a pipe.

As the Sleeping Policemen decide to take a holiday, they go to The Land of Nod. But they spend the holiday sleeping and don't get to do any fun stuff. Buddy helps Tech to enjoy himself.

When Hot Rodney challenges Jack to a dare, everything goes well at first, until Jack lands in trouble when he ends up getting stuck in a trumpet.

Things get out of control when Half-Pint believes that there is a dinosaur running loose in Dream Street. As he and Jack come up with a plan to find him, they find themselves catching Daisy instead.

The Gossips decide to teach Ice Cool a lesson after he made fun of them by causing a traffic jam. But when Daisy finds out, she punishes both of them.

After Jack Hammer becomes the supervisor of the Dream Street roadworks gang, he starts to think that he's the big boss. He tries to come between the Gossips.

When the Gossips become upset with the loud noises Ice Cool makes, they turn to the Sleeping Policemen to make him stop playing music and causing a disturbance in Dream Street.

As the Dream Street carnival takes place, things take a surprising turn when Tech, who's in charge of the carnival, is nowhere to be found, as everyone looks for him.
