Mariam breaks up with Fouad and marries Marwan, even though she and Fouad still think about each other. Sami kidnaps Hanin because he is madly in love with her, and her colleagues at the theater question her disappearance.

Fouad goes on a trip with his friend and runs into Mariam and her husband. Hanin torments Sami until he sets her free. The reason for Mariam and Fouad's breakup is revealed.

Fouad meets Majid at a business dinner. Mariam resolves a conflict between her son and his wife. Fouad still thinks about Mariam and visits his friend Hamid. Sami is still keeping Hanin captive.

Fouad's daughter succeeds and receives a prize in design. Marwan hosts a dinner and invites Fouad. Iman gives Maisoun the prize money.

Fouad sends flowers to congratulate Marwan. Fouad's daughter tries to reconcile him with Iman. Marwan revisits the memories of an old love.

Mariam argues with her daughter and revisits her memories with Fouad. Marwan discovers that Hakim's wife has a poor health condition. Sami assaults Hanin.

Hakim finds out that his wife is in danger. Fouad is afraid of Majid blackmailing him. Fouad finds out that Hend is a spy. Hanin insists that she get a divorce from Sami.

Fouad makes a deal with Hend. Mariam is still thinking about Fouad. Majid threatens Fouad that he will tell his daughter everything.

Marwan recalls his memories with his sister. Fouad helps Roaa's mother get an operation. Hakim celebrates Ruba's birthday, but her medical test results give them bad news.

Marwan is upset when Wagih is moved to the elderly care home. Fouad goes to Ruba's birthday party and recalls his memories with Mariam. Ruba collapses and goes to the hospital. Sami keeps Hanin captive.

Ruba learns about her health condition. Fouad tells his friend about Mariam. Hanin's friends start suspecting that she has been kidnapped. Mariam recalls the first time she met Fouad.

Sami still has Hanin with him. Salama advises Ruba not to run away. Fouad goes to Mariam's old house. Hakim wants to sell the studio. Marwan considers joining Wagih. Fouad and Mariam coincidentally meet.

Nizar wants to get Fouad to buy some paintings from Hakim in order to help with Ruba's treatments. Sami wants to kill Hanin and commit suicide. Fouad takes Roaa to the ancient part of the Levant. Marwan wants Ruba and Hakim to go to the countryside.

Fouad tells Roaa about his memories with his mother. Fouad asks his friend Hamed to prepare his house in the countryside for Hakim and Ruba. Hend tries to get closer to Fouad and tells him about Majid. Wagih tells Marwan about his accident.

Esmat and Selim have an argument. Marwan tells Wagih about how his mother and sister mistreated Mariam and the hard life she faced because of them. Mariam talks to Nada about her painful past. Hakim and Ruba reach the countryside.

Hanin's attempt to escape fails. Nizar tells Fouad about the woman he loved, who was a Schizophrenic. Jamila decides to scandalize Majid and asks for Iman's help. Ruba's pain gets unendurable.

The police search Majid's place and find evidence for counterfeit money. Anoud argues with her father to get him to speak to her mother again. Nizar goes to visit Rahaf at the theater. Hanin goes on a hunger strike.

Zuhair goes back to Hamid and his mother. Majid asks Hend for some documents from Fouad's company. Fouad retires and writes the company in his daughter's name and the house in Iman's name. Hend confesses her love to Fouad. Wagih tells Marwan the rest of the story.

Wagih continues telling Marwan the story of Mariam's love for Fouad and his betrayal. Mariam tells Nada how she cared for her mother-in-law during her illness. Zuhair and Roaa go to Fouad's home.

Zuhair manages the production company for Fouad. Seif attempts to reconcile with Hend. Fouad leaves his house to Zuhair and returns to his old house, still reminiscing about his past with Mariam.

Sami continues to hold Hanin captive. Mariam remembers Fouad's letters and poetry. Ruba tries to recover naturally. Roaa tries to adapt to her new work environment and tells her friend that Fouad is not her father.

Roaa tells her friend about her past, Majid threatens Iman about talking to Roaa. Ruba's health deteriorates and she decides to give her clothes away. Hamid tries to convince Ruba to seek treatment. Anood's mother returns home.

Fouad meets with Iman to find a solution to Majid's problem. Hamid asks Hakim to convince Ruba to seek treatment. Fouad reminisces about Mariam, and Zahir confesses that he admires Roaa.

Fouad remembers when Mariam used to visit him at home. Mariam recalls when she was sick and examined by Marwan, and how he developed feelings for her and continually visited her.

Mariam tells Nada how Marwan and his mother came to ask for her hand in marriage, and how her father punished her because of Fouad. Her marriage to Marwan was merely to protect Fouad. Fouad, meanwhile, recalls his suffering when Mariam left him.

Tragedy befalls Wagih. Seif insists on reconciling with Hend and telling her what happened to him. Ruba tries to find a bride for Hakim. Roaa makes a business decision that Nizar is against.

Nizar asks Roaa to wait until he talks to Fouad first. Majid is arrested at the airport. Marwan is depressed after Wagih's death, and Mariam asks her children to get him out of his depression. Nizar falls in love with a younger girl and imagines that she is his ex-lover. Seif proposes to Hind.

Marwan passes away. Ruba talks about her memories with Hakim, Fouad, and Hamid. Iman goes to Marwan's funeral and meets Mariam. Majid attempts to bribe a police officer. Mariam is to return to her parents' home.

Fouad tells Nizar that his love story was with Mariam. Roaa finds out that her father is Majid. Fouad gets Iman divorced from Majid. Mariam returns to her father's home.

Sami commits suicide and Hanin is set free. Fouad goes to talk to Mariam and tells her that he is waiting for her. Ruba decides to kill herself, and Hanin returns to her work at the Theater and succeeds.
