Five years after Flight 828 vanished into thin air, it reappears with its passengers having no clue that they have been gone for all that time. As they deal with the changes that their disappearance has caused, several of them start hearing voices.

Ben uses his newfound abilities to help the son of another passenger. Michaela tells a white lie to ease her best friend's mind. One of the returned passengers is murdered.

Michaela deals with old trauma. The NSA interferes with the investigation into Kelly's murder. Saanvi identifies an anomaly in her and Cal's blood.

Saanvi teams up with Ben and Michaela to investigate a person of interest. Jared gets in trouble after one of Michaela's callings interferes with an undercover mission.

Ben discovers that not all of the passengers share the same manifestation of abilities. Bethany is interrogated by the NSA in an attempt to find Thomas.

As Cal develops a mysterious fever, Ben's attempt to uncover its unusual source reveals a disturbing secret and a batch of missing passengers from Flight 828.

Ben's investigation of UDS points to another passenger. Michaela discovers a connection between her latest case and a familiar face from her past.

Michaela gets a calling that leads to a passenger who might have a disturbing influence on others. Cal realizes that the Singularity project staff are about to continue their experiments on the missing passengers.

Ben reveals the information he has on the Singularity project to Vance. As they locate the missing passengers, the attempt to break them out ends on a tragic note.

In the wake of Vance's death, Ben seeks a new alliance to continue his investigation. Saanvi and Fiona observe a curious commonality between the 11 rescued passengers.

Ben and Michaela track the pilot of Flight 828 to find out what happened on the night it vanished. In a desperate attempt to prove his innocence of any wrongdoing, the pilot tries to replicate the circumstances Flight 828 vanished in.

Michaela discovers the connection between Autumn and the Major. Cal's disappearance leads Ben and Grace to another clue to the mystery of the vanishing of flight 828.

As a conspiracy theorist ramps up hostility against the passengers, Ben inadvertently makes things worse after an attack on his house. Saanvi confirms a connection between Zeke and the passengers.

Saanvi's life hangs in the balance when a desperate woman expects her to perform a miracle to save her husband. Zeke starts getting callings.

An ominous calling gives James Griffin the chance to aid the FBI to prevent a disaster. Michaela continues to have callings that involve the black wolf.

Michaela and Ben scramble to stop Griffin from revealing the callings to the world. A sudden death reveals horrifying news about the fate of flight 828 passengers.
