In 1965, Sayed Ali Andarzgoo and his fellow anti-monarchy companions go to the parliament building to assassinate the Prime Minister Hassan Ali Mansour. When the mission is done successfully, the police try to do the impossible to arrest Andarzgoo, the mastermind of the operation.
