Hatem leads a band; he loses his job when a fight breaks out in a restaurant where he works, resulting in a murder. He is unable to find work until his cousin suggests that he teach music to children in juvenile centers.

Hatem starts his work at the juvenile center and faces many difficulties with the management and the children. A fight occurs and results in revealing the poor conditions the children live under.

Qamar asks her friend to help her find her parents. Hatem breaks up with his fiancée and Roqaia helps him set up a place to teach the children. Hatem gives his first lesson.

Yunis's wife files for divorce due to his violent behavior. Hatem conducts the first lesson and gets to know the talent of Usama, one of the detained children. Hatem buys a new pair of shoes for Nidal, and Rouqaya discovers that Hatem has a fiancée.

It is discovered that boys and girls at the center exchange letters. The center manager's son gets suspended from school. Abbas's ex-fiancée informs him that she's getting married. Hatem gets interrogated when his car is used in a crime.

Yunis gets Hatem in a dilemma so he can get rid of him. Hatem is forced to submit his resignation in return for his release. Rouqaya finds out about Hatem's arrest and decides to get a witness to prove him innocent.

Rouqaya consults the doctor about a lump in her breast. Hatem listens to the story of the inmate who accused him of assisting in his escape, and he brings his disabled father to the correctional facility.

Yunis assaults his wife. The relationship between the Maestro and the students starts to develop, which infuriates Yunis who plots to burn down the music room. Hatem runs into his ex at his aunt's birthday party. Nabil is ready to leave the facility, but Yunis devises an evil plan to keep him there.

The prisoners go on hunger strike in objection to what happened to Nabil. Rouqaya and Hatim decide to inform the management of Yunis. A guard attempts to rape Lubna. Yunis receives a sudden visit from his brother-in-law. The facility manager's son gets involved in a robbery.

Rouqaya wants to conduct a musical performance with the students outside the facility. Hatim meets Rouqaya's family. Abbas finds out that his son is involved in a robbery. Rouqaya collapses during the performance. Sherif attacks Lubna. Abbas's son gets into the facility.

Abbas laments what has become of his son, but realizes his stay at the facility will teach him. Rouqaya runs medical tests. Hatim tries to get approval from the Judge for the musical performance. Ramzi sends one of the children to ruin the music hall. Lubna turns to violence.

Hatem is angry when the music hall is vandalized. Rouqaya convinces him to rebuild it together with the manager's support. Preparations for the first musical performance commence.

Al-Sharif harasses Lubna and reminds her of her painful past. Yunis shows preferential treatment for Marwan and causes problems between him and the other children. Marwan's mother promises to try to get him out of the facility, and he attempts suicide.

Abbas's wife prevents him from visiting his son at the hospital. Hatem finds out about Lubna's musical talents. Hatem and Rouqaya suggest taking the children on a trip, and one of the children escapes during the trip. Abbas takes a long leave from work.

Yunis accuses Rouqaya and Hatem of helping one of the children escape. Nabil asks his brother to help him return to school. Hatem tries to help Nabil financially. Yunis kidnaps his own son from the nursery, refusing to give him back to his mother.

At Abbas's orders, Al-Sherif tells Yunis's wife that her son has been kept at the facility. Abbas and Ynunis quarrel. Manal tells her friend she has feelings for him. Rouqaya's friend informs Hatem of Rouqaya's illness, and Hatem decides to stand by her.

Osama breaks up with Abbas's daughter. Rouqaya returns to work after her first chemo session. Yunis's ex-wife informs him that she will get married. Hatem prepares a surprise for Rouqaia before she goes in for her surgery.

A newcomer who used to be a member of ISIS comes to the facility and starts planting his beliefs in the minds of the children. Lubna escapes the facility in an attempt to meet Hatem. Nabil's sister-in-law accuses him of stealing, and he leaves home and wanders aimlessly in the streets.

Osama goes to finish a mission after getting out of the facility. Rouqaia teaches the children how to deal with life outside the facility. Preparations for the party are underway. The doctor informs Rouqaia that cancer has spread.

A group of students tells Hatem that what he is doing is not religiously correct. The Salafists plan to burn down the hall before the performance, but Yunis stops them. During the performance, Yunis is attacked and burned and is moved to the hospital in a critical condition.
