Norm, a polar bear, and his three lemming friends wind up in New York, where Norm gets involved with a business he soon discovers is related to the fate of his homeland.
After being crowned the new polar bear king of the arctic,Norm has to save New York city and his home. But he turns from hero to villain over night,when he's being framed for a crime he didn't commit and he has to work with his friends to clear his name.

Norm, with the help of his friends, has to go on a big adventure in order to recover an ancient Chinese artifact that was stolen by an evil archaeologist named Dexter.
