Mabruk works as a building guard, and the neighbors get his help in buying things from the market. Al-Hajja asks Mabruk to monitor her husband because she suspects him. Sadyia fights with Mabruk. Laila the singer moves into the building.

Laila is in a relationship with Tawfik. The women of the building go to greet Laila. Mabruk's fiancée asks him not to talk to her.

Al-Hajja asks Tawfik to kick Laila out of the building. Tawifk is angry when Mabruk befriends Laila. Al-Hajja fights with Tawifk after she sees him with Laila at a restaurant.

Al-Hajja asks Mabruk to handle the affairs of the building. Laila asks Tawfik for money and he signs a deed for her. A new couple arrive in the building.

The teacher Sawsan sneaks the children into the building so that Tawfik wouldn't find out. Al-Hajja finds out that Tawfik has rented their apartment to a newly married couple.

Laila asks Mabruk to bring her information about the residents of the building. Sadyia suspects Mabruk after she finds him in Sawsan's apartment.

Al-Hajja asks Mabruk to spy on Tawfik. Sadyia mistakenly takes Tawifk's phone instead of Mabruk's and Al-Hajja finds Tawfik's phone with Sadyia.

Laila claims that she would go to jail if Tawfik doesn't give her money. Mabruk is about to take the sick old man Mohamed to the hospital, but he gets distracted by the arrival of a new tenant.

Mabruk finds the thief, Wadie, who stole the residents' clothes but he takes pity on him and gives him a job at the building. The residents are impressed by Wadie and want him to take Mabruk's place but Al-Hajja demands that they both stay.

Mabruk brings a man to ruin Tawfik's car, and he kicks him out. Mabruk takes Wadie to the countryside.

Mabruk leaves the old man Mohamed with Sawsan, and a homeless man accidentally takes him to use him while begging. Laila resolves the issue and Mohamed's kids come to see him.

Mabruk and Sadyia disguise themselves to take the old man Mohamed from his son's house. Mohamed's son refuses to let him leave but he returns with them to the building.

Mabruk has an accident and loses his memory. He dreams of his family and regains his memory.

Sadyia and Sawsan start their own YouTube channel for beauty tips. Mabruk is jealous because Sadyia is too busy.

Al-Hajja is upset that Mabruk didn't bring food to cook for Al-Hajj. They find out that someone stole the food basket. Mabruk tries to install a surveillance camera. Someone returns the stolen basket and gives it to Al-Hajja.

When Mabruk runs errands for Sawsan and Al-Hajja, the police arrest him for having a fake services company. Tawfik pays Mabruk's bail after Laila asks Tawfik to help him.

Mabruk and Sawsan suggest to have a money pool and Laila wins the toss and takes the money first and all the women in the building become angry.

Mabruk asks Laila to go with him to a restaurant's opening. When Sadyia finds out, she puts chilly pepper in his food.

As the residents prepare for Valentine's Day, Sadyia's father gives Sawsan candy. Tawfik gives Al-Hajja a gift that she doesn't like. Sadyia also doesn't like Mabruk's gift.

Sawsan's friend moves in with her behind Al-Hajja's back. The girl starts to cause strife between the residents who fight with each other.

Al-Hajja wants Laila to leave the building. Laila tries to get closer to her and tells Al-Hajja that she is an orphan. Al-Hajja feels sorry for her and starts to treat her nicely.

Everyone prepares themselves to travel to the festival. Tawfik gives Laila a necklace. The women spend time at the beach and enjoy the holiday. Upon their return, the men don't recognize the women because they have changed their appearance.

Sawsan discovers her boyfriend's betrayal and that he is using her money for everything. Sawsan plots with Sadyia to take back her money and the plan works. Sawsan asks him to take out a loan in order to marry her.

Sawsan prepares to get married but changes her mind at the last minute. Tawfik wants to end his relationship with Laila but she asks him for money. He has a stroke.

The residents visit Tawfik after he gets sick. Laila claims that Mabruk tried to rob her. Mabruk asks Sadyia to marry him.

Tawfik asks Mabruk to go to the basement to find an old bag, and Wassim meets him there. Mabruk finds a message from his father in the bag.

Mabruk's stepmother, Maymouna, comes to visit him. Sawsan admires the father of one of the students and wants to marry him. Maymouna doesn't want to give Mabruk the will until he gets married.

A man comes to buy the building and asks Mabruk to leave. Sadyia is sad because she wants to marry Mabruk. Al-Hajja says goodbye to the residents and leaves. Mabruk uses his inheritance to buy back the building. Tawfik and Al-Hajja return to the building.

Sadyia brings a watchdog to guard the building. Mabruk runs the building as an owner and gives Tawfik and Al-Hajja the apartment. Laila leaves the building and learns that Mabruk paid the checks. A new tenant wants to rent Laila's apartment but Sadyia tells Mabruk that they will live there instead.

Everyone prepares for Mabruk and Sadyia's wedding. Mabruk is late for the wedding after his car breaks down. After they get married, Mabruk finds Wassim, Sadyia's father, and Tawfik coming to stay over. Mabruk takes Sadyia out to the street.
