Rukia gives birth to her son, Yehia. She wakes up to discover that she has been in a coma for 4 months because of her suicide attempt. She has no memory of the last 6 years of her life. She also learns that her affair caused the death of her husband, Amgad, and her lover.

Bahira tries to help Rukia remember the past. Zeinab tells the child Yehia that his mother woke up from her coma. Nadine tries to convince Yehia Sr. to let the child see his mother. Nader tells Rukia that he's the one who found out about her relationship with Khaled Wahdan.

Rukia discovers that Bahira was her psychiatrist three years ago; she leaves the hospital and moves to live in a separate house upon Bahira's advice. Rukia discovers that Khaled had a twin brother named Amr.

Tamara reproaches Rukia for her betrayal and causing her father to be killed. The child Yehia has a breakdown for wanting to see his mother. Rukia begins to see hallucinations of Khaled.

The child Yehia's condition deteriorates because he wants to see his mother and he is taken to the hospital. Rukia remembers her relationship with Nadine, and she sneaks out to check on her son in the hospital.

Amr tries to search for evidence of his brother's innocence. Yehia Al-Shayal is forced to allow Rukia to see the child whose condition significantly improves once he sees his mother.

Rukia moves to Al-Shayal's house in order to stay next to Yehia. The grandfather is shocked by the presence of the woman who caused his son's death in his home. Amr finds mysterious items that may confirm his brother's betrayal.

Rukia finds documents proving that she traveled with Khaled and stayed in a hotel together. Amr refuses to believe that his brother was unfaithful. Rukia feels unable to deal with her son because she has forgotten everything.

Rukia quarrels with Yehia Al-Shayal when he tells her son that she does not remember him and that she is lying to him. Amr discovers from his son that he had seen Khaled with Rukia before.

Yehia tries to mend his relationship with his kids. Nadine tells Rukia that her father was cheating on her mother before her death. Rukia discovers from Tamara that she has mistreated her during the past six years.

Rukia discovers that Nader may have lied to her about her betrayal with Khaled. Rukia and Amr go to Hurghada in an attempt to remember her trip with Khaled there.

Rukia remembers her visit to Hurghada with Khaled, which was not for the purpose of betrayal, and she realizes that Nader is trying to delude her about who she really is.

Signs of diabetes show on Mazen. Rukia tries to meet Zeina, Amgad's former secretary, but she refuses to help her and kicks her out.

Amr asks Karim to help him hack into Zeina's Facebook account to help Rukia. Zeina finds that Rukia is watching her, and she asks Nader to keep Rukia away from her.

As Mazen attends eating-disorder therapy sessions, he gets to know Tamara. Rukia finds a marriage contract between Amgad and Zeina, and she remembers in a flashback when she met Zeina who told her she's married to Amgad and is pregnant with his baby.

Rukia remembers when she tried to commit suicide after Amgad tried to keep her son away from her. She tells Yehia Al-Shayal that she remembers everything and blames him for his cruelty with her. Rukia remembers how she aborted Zeina and got rid of her unborn baby.

Rukia tries to fix her relationship with Tamara. Lamia gives birth to her first baby. Rukia asks Nader to reinstate her at Al-Shayal's foundation.

The relationship between Tamara and Mazen grows stronger. Rukia goes back to work at Al-Shayal's foundation, and she meets a mysterious person she knew in the past.

Rukia meets Mohamed Abdel Salam and tells him about traveling to meet him in Hurghada with Khaled, but he tells her that he does not know her or Khaled. Hatem blackmails Rukia.

Hatem threatens Rukia with his old photos with her and tries to rape her, but she hits him and runs away. Nadine decides to quit her job at her father's company.

Photos of Rukia with Amr are sent to Nadine, Tamara, and Nader. Lamia suspects that Nader loves Rukia, and he defends himself. Nader asks Rukia to choose between her relationship with Amr or her son, Yehia.

Hatem goes to meet Amr and tells him about his relationship with Rukia in the past. Mazen discovers from Tamara her father's identity.

Nader threatens Hatem and asks him to stay away from Rukia. Mazen tells Tamara about his family's identity, and that Khaled Wahdan is his uncle.

Nader asks Rukia to quit her job at the foundation. Tamara's relationship with Mazen reaches a dead end.

Nader asks Bahira to give Rukia a medication that puts her in a state of constant fatigue. Omar discovers something mysterious behind the death of Timur, the child that Khaled had adopted in the past along with other children. He also discovers the involvement of Al-Shayal Hospital in it.

Bahira confesses to Rukia that she was in cahoots with Nader, plotting to keep her from remembering the past. Rukia remembers that she and Khaled were working to prove the medical corruption in Al-Shayal organizations, which claimed Timur's life.

Someone tries to kill Amr. Rukia remembers Nader's involvement in a deal for drug trial on the cancer patients that claimed their lives, but he tells her that she was the mastermind behind everything to mislead Khaled from the truth and make him fall for her.

Rukia tells Amr that she plotted against his brother, causing his death and Amgad's, and she goes to the marital house. In a flashback to the night of the accident, she confesses to Khaled that she has deceived him and regrets it, while Amgad listens to them and finds out.

Continuing the events of the flashback, Amgad shoots Khaled after he takes a flash drive that contains the secrets of the family from Rukia. Khaled stabs him back, and they both die. When Nader comes trying to take the flash drive from Rukia, he pushes her and she falls from the window.

After it is revealed that Rukia and Khaled are innocent, Yehia regrets what he did to his sons and asks Rukia for forgiveness. Rukia decides not to report the family of her late husband for the sake of her son, and Amr is shocked and decides to take revenge.
