The Nova Group plans to show its strength on October 19. Gary is caught by Tom and Diana, but he won't provide any information. As Shawn has been paying the Nova Group for months without knowing about their violent intentions, he assists Isabelle in handling her remorse for her mother's upcoming death.

During questioning, Tom Baldwin gets accused of shooting T.J.

Sarah, Maia's sister, visits. Meanwhile, Tom and Diana are determined to find a kidnapper who preys on 4400 kids.

In an attempt to get the kids back, Tom is obliged to play a game with the future. Meanwhile, the NOVA Group seeks revenge on Shawn.

When The Nova Group's Daniel Armand pursues Shawn, he inflicts mental disease in the process. Elsewhere, Isabelle wants to take revenge, and Alana locates the drunken driver who killed her husband and child.

Gary Navarro, the final member of the Nova Group, is the target of Tom and Diana's pursuit, but their plans are disrupted when he receives a warning to flee from them. In order to investigate any ties to Nova Group, Alana is imprisoned.

When a 4400 drugs Tom and Diana, they are forced to confront some challenging problems from their background. In Isabelle's opinion, Shawn should get married to her.

While Maia has a nightmare about Diana looking like a monster, Dr. Burkhoff carries out more tests on himself and another individual. A rock star makes an effort to get Shawn involved in his health, which takes up practically all of his time.

Shawn receives a 4400 wedding cigar, while a psychopath targets people who possess a particular chromosome.

Just before he marries Isabelle, Shawn spots Jordan Collier alive and assisting NTAC in their quest. Diana is introduced to April's new lover, but shortly after that, Maia informs Diana that her family has grown.

After the Nova Group breaks out of jail, Ryland tries to train his soldiers as quickly and brutally as he can.

As part of Jordan Collier's plan, Devon is excited to be the first to try out the 4400-abilities for anyone who requests them.
