Jackie helps Becky with her birth plan after Emilio's deportation. Darlene gets caught up in a love triangle with David and Ben. Harris faces her own problem.

Jackie discovers a shocking secret after trying to reopen the Lunch Box on Halloween. Darlene is struggling with her messy love life.

Darlene quarrels with Jackie and Becky when they try to get the Lunch Box back. Dan is in a conflict with Harris after he prevents Odessa from entering the house.

Harris is feeling down after he becomes unemployed. Jackie suggests that Becky asks Emilio's family for help with the baby.

Bev wants to use her money to spread joy. She wants to pay Mark's tuition but Darlene persuades her to help Harris instead.

Dan expresses his feelings to Louise. Darlene wants to have a baby. Ben misses an urgent meeting after being too busy helping Becky out.

Dan and Louise grow closer. Darlene leaves Ben in charge after she spends the night in jail. Mark's class experiment takes a turn.

Darlene and Ben start looking for an apartment. Jackie and Becky go on a road trip to let Beverly Rose meet her father. Dan confides in Louise about his financial difficulties.
