As Zoe pushes for a more thorough investigation into Danny's death, Jamie struggles to determine whom to trust.

Alex questions Zoe's credibility. Jamie squares off against memories of his traumatic past. Dr. Karimi grows suspicious of Alex's treatment plan for Jamie.

Things come to head at the ward as accusations fly between Zoe and Dr. Watson. Jamie's discovery of the identity of the killer leaves his life on the line.
