The doctor tells Maher's mother that he won't be able to walk again, which saddens Habiba. Papa Al-Hady throws local singing concerts with Wasila's help. As Reem starts behaving like a man, her father fights with her after she slaughters a lamb by herself.

A wheelchair-bound Maher goes out with his friend and gets bullied by a guy. Habiba tries to abort the baby that she got pregnant with after Brenga raped her. When the officer has an accident that claims the lives of his wife and daughter, the Brigadier asks his men to take care of themselves.

Maher's father arrives home and questions his mother about the possibility of him walking again. Papa Al-Hady tells his daughter that he wants to go back to Safiya. Maher's friend lives in Bizerte but wishes to go back to his neighborhood.

Nagwa visits her old friends and agrees to bring them beautiful girls without raising the suspicions of the police. Habiba goes to report Brenga to the police for stabbing Maher. Asia kicks Habiba out. Maher visits Wasila and complains about his father. Nagwa gives Wasilah an old photo.

Nagwa opens a nightclub and picks dancers with the help of her old boyfriend. Maher goes to the hospital for physical therapy.

Maher's father encourages him to get a job, even with his disability. Wasila's son blames her for leaving when he was young.

Maher fights with his father and kicks him out after he opposes his mother's marriage to Tawfik. Nagwa recalls how Wasila's husband beat her and put out her eye.

Brenga weds Reem. When Habiba tries to kill herself, Wasila takes her to the hospital where the doctor reveals that she is pregnant. Maher questions her about the baby's father.

When Habiba refuses to divulge the baby's paternity to Maher, he decides to claim the baby is his. Farah continues to search for drug dealers.

Brenga and Reem return to the neighborhood. Habiba thinks about going back to the family home, especially since Papa Al-Hady is ill and home alone.

Maher kicks his father out of his house. Farah meets Fathy at the hospital and promises to help him get released.

Nagwa opens the nightclub. Genosh breaks out of prison with the help of his fellow inmate, who pretends to be dead.

Fathy is released from the hospital. Asia decides to help catch the drug dealers in the neighborhood.

Maher and Habiba quarrel over their wedding preparations. When Asia meets her sister Nagwa, she tells her about the escape of the biggest drug dealer in the region.

Habiba sends Brenga a terrifying message about his rape of her. Asia prepares to monitor Genosh after he escaped from prison.

As Wasila runs into Nagwa, Nagwa makes fun of her put out eye. When Farah quarrels with her supervisor at the police station, he suspends her.

Habiba is furious when she discovers Papa Al-Hady's relationship with Nagwa. Wasila's fiancé slaps her when she fights with him. Habiba discovers that Maher's doctor is in love with him. Farah covertly gets into Asia's car and confronts her with all the information she knows about her.

Brenga's wife gets pregnant. Papa Al-Hady quarrels with Wasila when she rebukes him for his relationship with Nagwa. Wagdy tells Farah that he is still in love with her, a feeling she freely reciprocates.

Reda learns that he has AIDS and prepares to leave Maher's house. Papa Al-Hady weds Nagwa without telling his daughter. Reem asks Brenga to remove the tattoo he has of Habiba's name. Wagdy proposes to Asia.

When Farah dies, Asia is fearful the police will charge her with the murder. Habiba gets revenge on Nagwa by going to her nightclub and putting drugs in the drinks.

Both Habiba and Maher prepare for their upcoming nuptials. Nagwa returns to the nightclub and tries to help the people present.

Maher is harassed by Brenga. Asia arrests a drug dealer. Wasila recalls how she left her infant son in front of her neighbor's door.

Habiba gives birth. Brenga and Reem attend a party at Nagwa's nightclub, thrown in the honor of a drug lord.

Habiba returns home with her baby. Brenga tries to reconcile with his mother, but she kicks him out. Brenga quarrels with Reem's father, Bidaryce.

Brenga breaks into Habiba's room and threatens to kill her baby. As Maher's father is rushed to the hospital, everyone learns that he has AIDS.

As Maher meets with Bidaryce at the nightclub, the boss of the drug mafia informs the rest that Maher has joined their ranks. Wasila rebukes Habiba for not taking proper care of her baby.

Al-Hady has Alzheimer's. Maher becomes the leader of the neighborhood, while Bidaryce loses all his authority in the neighborhood.

Asia goes to the cafe to threaten Maher and his friends to bring them down for their drug trade. Papa Al-Hady passes away. Bidaryce decides to get rid of Brenga.

After her quarrel with her father over Brenga, Reem searches for him everywhere. After Asia brings down a drug and prostitution network, she warns her sister Nagwa about the punishment she will receive if she gets arrested.

Maher dies after buying a house for Wasila. Nagwa is arrested as Asia brings down the rest of the gang. Brenga goes insane.
