Sheikh Mubarak attends the wedding of Abu Salma's daughter and offers him a large sum of money as a gift. Munther's father advises his son to take advantage of his marriage to Salma. Salma quarrels with her stepsister for wanting to marry the relative of their stepmother, Thuraya.
Salma reproaches Azba for hating her sisters because of their stepmother, Thuraya. Shukair recalls how his mother died in the wake of a hurricane on the village when he was young, and how he was raised with Munira's family.
Shukair remembers what his life was like when he was young, as his father was arrested for killing someone. He also recalls how he traveled to find his father and his encounter with the bandits.
Shukair arrives with Rahy to the Arabian Peninsula where he works and earns some money. However, when Bin Al-Hamal hits Shukair and takes his money, a woman saves him and gives him back the money, and he stays with her.
Hamala recalls how she and her husband Mohsen escaped from his family. She buys vegetables for Shukair to sell at the market, and she asks the Sheikh of the neighborhood to allow Shukair to sell the vegetables.
Shukair leads the police to Gamoud's car, and he gets arrested with the weapons inside. Fast forward in time, Shukair is an older man, he meets the engineer Nabil who exploits him by applying for governmental deals.
Nabil remembers having to travel to work in Saudi Arabia with his sister Thuraya because of the war in Lebanon. He considers dissolving his partnership with Shukair when he learns that Shukair has a partner. Shukair reassures Nabil and they start planning the construction of their project together.
Shukair meets Nabil's sister, Thuraya, and he admires her. He dissolves his partnership with Nasser. Meanwhile, the terrorist groups start receiving weapons to carry out an operation.
Shukair recalls his farewell to his aunt, Gumla, and traveling with Abu Fahd to search for his father. He also recalls his work in construction.
Shukair asks his first wife, Manayer, to forgive him for neglecting her and her children, and he reminisces over the days of his youth and his dream of marrying her.
Shukair is saddened by the death of Muznah, and he gets engaged to Munira. He decides to continue his search for his father and opens a store for Gumla to sell her merchandise.
Shukair discovers that his father was in prison and when he went out he traveled to Palestine. Shukair marries Munira and she travels with him to Riyadh.
Thuraya's daughters mock their two half-sisters, Munira's daughters. Shukair promises Rukia a new house where they live together. Umm Mesha'al (Mesha'al's mother) persuades her son to propose to Munira's daughter to seize her father's money.
Shukair recalls his business in the past and his relationship with Mubarak. He also remembers how he wanted to get close to Thoraya, Qabil's sister. Flash forward to the current days, Ibrahim complains to Shukair that his wife beats him up and asks him to go together.
Wahid asks his mother to mediate with his father, Shukair, for his cooperation in the company. Shukair remembers his mother, Gumla, and how she raised his orphan brother Ibrahim. Umm Mesha'al asks for Rukia's hand for her son, Mesha'al.
Sa'ud's father recalls how his son traveled broken-hearted when Shukair refused to wed him his daughter, Salma. Salma marries another, and upon her return from her honeymoon, she tells Thuraya she will give them back their properties. Qandil encourages his son Munther to take revenge on Shukair.
Abu Sa'ud's daughter agrees to marry Sheikh Musa'ed. Salma warns her sister Ma'zeba against the harassment of Thuraya's daughters. Mubarak finds Nasser’s location and learns of his joining of terrorist groups. Shukair remembers when he was engaged to Thuraya.
Qandil incites Salma against her father to claim her rights. Shukair agrees to wed his daughter to Mesha'al. Nasser recalls how his father only cared for Nasser's brother, Wahid, and ignored Nasser.
The Sheikh informs Nasser of the arrival of the truck. Mubarak tells Shukair that Nasser joined a terrorist group but promises to save him from them. Salma warns Qandil against interfering in her life again, and she asks Nasser to return to their home.
Nabil recalls his Saudi citizenship, and how his sister Thuraya warned him and asked him to stay away from Shukair and his arms trade, all her warnings could've saved him from losing his money. He recalls how Shukair supported him. Nasser returns and his mother suggests that he propose to Manayer.
Rukia marries Masha'al. Shukair quarrels with his son Nasser after the latter calls his father a usurer. Mubarak recalls the refusal of Gumla's request that he help her daughter get divorced.
Abu Sa'ud remembers when Shukair built a mosque in the village. Munther confronts Wahid with his embezzlement of large funds from the company. Mesha'al asks his wife Rukia for money and urges her to request it from her father, Shukair.
Rukia asks her father, Shukair, to buy a house for her. Shukair discovers that his son Wahid and his uncle Qandil are stealing his money and the company's accounts. His son Nasser tries to hit his sister for staying at her father's house. Shukair has a heart attack.
Shukair decides to appoint Munther and Thuraya to run the company. Salma finds explosives in her brother Nasser’s room and decides to tell her mother. Rukia is surprised by Mesha'al’s marriage to another, and that he seized the home and the money that Shukair gave her.
Salma tells Munther about her brother Nasser joining terrorist groups. Nora resents the exploitation of Sheikh Mos'ad and forcing her to write religious books. Shukair throws his son and Nabil out of the company. Mesha'al agrees to divorce Rukia in exchange for returning the dowry.
Shukair and Mubarak are able to save the financial situation of the company. Abu Sa'ud blames Shukair for neglecting Ibrahim. Shukair tries to support Rukia after her divorce. Salma asks Thuraya to help her with Shukair's problems with his sons Nasser and Wahid.
Thuraya takes over the management of the company instead of Munther, and she entraps her brother Nabil and her son Wahid. Wahid tries to negotiate with Munther to save them, or otherwise, Wahid will make sure to send him to prison.
Wahid agrees with Mayar to set Munther up and he gets arrested for bribery. Nasser carries out a suicide operation and blows himself up.
Munira dies after her son gets killed in a suicide attack. Shukair suffers a heart attack. Thuraya threatens her brother Nabil and her son Wahid to present papers to the police against them proving their embezzlement, and she plans with Salma to set them up.
Nabil and Wahid lose all their money on the stock exchange, and they try once again to manipulate Shukair and reach his brother Ibrahim. Sa'ud returns to his father's house.
