When Section 20 agent John Porter is abducted by a Pakistani terrorist, British sergeant Michael Stonebridge enlists the assistance of ex-Delta Force operative Damien Scott. The two then discover some evidence of a potential terrorist strike at a New Delhi hotel and rush to prevent it.

Scott and Stonebridge learn that the terrorists at the hotel are on the lookout for Mahmood. Grant discovers that Latif's actual aim is to seize a Pakistani chemical expert who assisted the weapons inspection team in Iraq in 2003.

Stonebridge, Scott, and Marshall are keeping an eye on three individuals in South Africa who may have information regarding Latif. Daniel Connolly, an ex-IRA leader, robs an armored vehicle in Cape Town.

Connolly is closing in on his WMD prize at a secluded location outside of Cape Town, while Stonebridge and Scott face challenges that might have much further consequences for their organization - and the link that connects them to Latif.

Stonebridge and Scott act as advisers to weapons trader Gerald Crawford in order to secure the release of Dr. Clare Somersby, a hostage.

The initial attempt to save Clare results in Scott being hospitalized and Stonebridge pursuing Crawford and Jacoub. As Clare is taken to a Janjaweed camp by Tahir, soldiers search the hospital for Scott.

An abducted Union officials are being exchanged for a prisoner in Kosovo by Stonebridge and Scott.

As Scott and Stonebridge are locked up with the four EU hostages in Kosovo, Hasani intends to sell Dana as a sex slave, as well as Allen, the double agent who has been giving Latif intel.

Latif flees with his henchmen who have undergone tests to do a surgery, and a global security summit takes place in Budapest where some of them are heading with the WMD.

As Latif is finally arrested by Section 20, the crew is working feverishly to determine the bombers' intended target, and they need Latif to speak out. Scott and Stonebridge track down the bombers. However, Section 20 command gets attacked by Latif's men.
