Cullen and Tolbeck, recently demoted, notice some suspicious activity while monitoring San Diego's red-light district.

As part of Cullen's assignment to assist Officer Charles Brock in getting a crucial witness extradited for the Las Hormigas Cartel investigation, Clint starts to bring in new technology.

As a more worn-out Brock adjusts to his new life, Cullen tries to set limits. Janice grows more irate over BopBot's intrusion, and Chief and Gary have to make up for their wrongdoings.

FBI Agent Dustin Kasprowicz pays Cullen and Tolbeck a surprise visit. Gary and Chief plan their next course of action, and Janice tries to talk Fatima into starting to look for other job opportunities.
