As Haniya teaches her daughters how to weave and make olive oil, they yearn for modern life. Malekya teaches her daughter how to make couscous (semolina granules). Mokadem's daughter is married to the Commander's son who only cares about maintaining his prestige, but she wants gender equality.
The girls and their mothers start a company for cooking, weaving, oil-making, and canning dried couscous. As they achieve success, they decide to market their products, with Hamid's encouragement. The Commander's son is furious that his wife will have her own money.
Mokadem's daughter decides to throw singing parties at the cafe to attract more clients. The girls learn to sing as they prepare for the grand opening. Abdel Raziq spreads the word on Facebook. But when he shares his location on Facebook when he is having lemonade at a cafe, people go to that cafe.
Abdel Raziq's wife overhears him talking to his sister about his love for a woman and how he is always thinking of her while driving his taxi. Believing that he is talking about another woman, she tells her father and friends that he is cheating on her and leaves the house.
Haniya asks to marry Karim. In an attempt to show men the value of women, the Commander's daughter and Abdel Raziq's mother get the men in their lives to do their chores.
Hasnaa quarrels with her husband, Bin Eissa, and goes to stay with Hanyia. Bin Eissa does everything in his power to get his wife back. Hasnaa stipulates that he must bring his family to witness his vow not to fight with her again.
When Zahra thinks that Karim likes her, she informs Abdel Raziq and Mariam. Abdel Raziq and Mariam rebuke Karim, who tells them it's all a misunderstanding because he is in love with Samira. Hasnaa quarrels with her husband because he doesn't give her money.
The women of the Cooperative give school children food, the thing that enrages Bin Eissa who gets furious and quarrels with Hasnaa for neglecting the house.
Bin Eissa decides to sell olive oil at Karim's cafe, which angers the women and they fight with him. Maria decides to write song lyrics to achieve her dream of becoming a singer.
Maria resigns from the Cooperative to pursue her dream of being a singer. The women decide to have elections to select a new manager, a position that Samira wins. But Maria returns and takes her resignation back.
When Bin Eissa spikes a fever, Hasnaa gets him medicine that brings his fever down and turns him to a kind man who helps his neighbors and the women at the Cooperative. Haniya is surprised by his change of heart.
A guy asks Bin Eissa to help him buy Abdel Raziq's car and offers him 200 million dirhams to buy it. When Abdel Raziq refuses to sell it for sentimental reasons, his wife gets angry and leaves the house.
When the Hajja falls ill, her daughter looks after her. As Karim stays in Bin Eissa's house, Samira grows concerned that Karim might be thinking about taking another wife.
Al-Safy asks to meet Abdel Raziq. The Hajja and the rest of the women of the Cooperative take their products to sell in a festival.
Abdel Raziq and Bin Eissa agree to create a Cooperative for men. The women make fun of Haniya's childish behavior despite her old age.
Haniya and Hasnaa learn how to extract honey and encourage the women of the Cooperative to raise bees. As the women ask their husbands for money, the only one to agree is Abdel Raziq, who only gives his mother money, but not his wife.
Hasnaa eats all the food that she got from her neighbor. Zahra quarrels with Samira to get her to quit her job at the cafe. Karim takes a fall while working out. As Hasnaa gets gravely ill, she tries to tell his friend that Mokadem is not actually her father, but Bin Eissa stops her.
When both Abdel Raziq and Karim have trouble finding clients, Bin Eissa suggests that they steal the products from the Cooperative at night. In the morning, the women notice the missing products and decide to stalk the place at night to catch the perpetrators, who turn out to be their own husbands.
After a trip to Spain, the Cooperative women try to improve their products. They try to convince Haniya's husband to fund their business but he refuses, causing a lot of problems.
With Abdel Raziq having trouble providing for his family, he asks Bin Eissa to lend him some money. When the latter refuses, Abdel Raziq fakes a rumor about him being a miserly man to get the money.
Haniya sues Bin Eissa to get her land back. When he is summoned to court, he grows so nervous that he is unable to sleep. The court calls in Abdel Raziq as a witness.
After Abdel Raziq loses his ID card, Karim informs him that the police found the ID card of a member of a robbery gang, which raises his concern that it might be his own. As he grows fearful of being mistaken for a criminal, he feigns illness.
The Cooperative women make some couscous for a client. When Bin Eissa invites his family to lunch, the exhausted Hasnaa tries to get him to rescind his invitation.
Haniya is upset that Ghaita was elected as the head of the Cooperative instead of her. In an attempt to show the women their mistake, she plans for her husband to sell their products in the countryside, but he gives them to Karim to sell them at the cafe instead.
Abdel Raziq quarrels with his wife. When Haniya buys aloe vera oil to apply to her hair and skin, Hansaa makes fun of her.
Bin Eissa is angry that Abdel Raqiz is helping his mother at the Cooperative. Hasnaa unsuccessfully tries to convince her husband to join her at the Cooperative, but he refuses.
As the women travel to Paris on business, Bin Eissa grows jealous. Abdel Raziq sees the photos of the trip on Instagram and notices one of Hasnaa looking like a European, a notion that angers Bin Eissa when he shows him the photo.
As Yaza quarrels with Haniya, she quits the Cooperative. Hasnaa tries to reconcile them so that the burden of running the Cooperative doesn't fall to her alone.
Bin Eissa's wife is shocked when he stays home and refuses to drive people in his taxi. Bin Eissa takes Karim's position in the cafe.
The women of the Cooperative get social insurance and monthly grants for their work. When Maria, her mother, and the rest of the women go to a festival, Bin Eissa takes care of the business until their return.
