When Assaf is released from prison, he informs his uncle and sister that he will wreak havoc on everyone. Ali El Gharib tells his officer friend about the long-standing blood feud between Assaf and Ghefran's families. Ghefran tells his wife Jalila that Assaf got out of prison.

When Badry learns that Ghefran taught his father a harsh lesson, he vows revenge. As Hamza visits Assaf and rejects him as a father, telling him that his father is Ghefran, Assaf flies into a rage. As Ghefran arrives and quarrels with Assaf, Ali El Gharib locks both of them up at the police station.

Assaf tells Ali that the only way to stop the ongoing war is for Gherfran to bring him Jalila and Hamza in exchange for his mother. But as Assaf goes to his friend to whom he entrusted Ghefran's mother, he discovers that his friend has been dead for ten years.

As Bakry challenges Ghefran and vows revenge for what Ghefran did to his father, he ends up going to Assaf to try and join forces with him to get rid of Gherfran. Jalila meets with Assaf, who expresses how much he missed her.

Ghefran beats Jalila when he finds out about her meeting with Assaf. As Demery meets his brother, Assaf, and asks him for forgiveness, he admonishes him for what he did on that fateful night and warns him about Gherfran. Mohamed Darwish visits Assaf's mansion and reveals that he has Ghefran's mother.

As Mohamed Darwish asks Assaf for 18 million pounds to deliver Ghefran's mother to him, Assaf asks Bakry for the money, but the latter stipulates that he and the gypsies must be allowed to stay on Assaf's land in return. Gherfran warns Ali one last time.

Ghefran gives Assaf 24 hours to bring him his mother, threatening to kill him if he doesn't. Jalila meets Assaf to warn him about Ghefran's threat and asks him to leave town. Assaf kills Mohamed Darwish.

As Gherfran makes the decision to attack Assaf and the gypsies, Ali manages to calm him down, promising to bring his mother back. However, Ghefran soon breaks his promise to Ali and goes after Assaf and the gypsies.

As Ghefran falls back after Selim's arm gets injured, he sends ten men to the police station to take the fall for the attack on Assaf and the gypsies. Assaf calls his nemesis, Ghefran, to arrange a meeting.

As Assaf gathers his men and goes to Hassib, he informs him that he hasn't forgotten how Hassib took advantage of Assaf's imprisonment to get Jalila a divorce so that he could marry her to Ghefran. Assaf makes a bet with his aunt that Gherfran will show up, which he does.

As Assaf bargains with Ghefran, offering to give the latter's mother back in exchange for his wife and son, he soon suggests letting Jalila choose which of them she wants to be with, but Ghefran rejects the notion.

As Assaf agrees to partner up with Bakry to smuggle weapons, he sends Mossad to snoop behind Tayel's back to locate Shamya's new location.

When Ali learns that Ghefran is trading drugs and growing opium, he confronts Ghefran who denies it. As Bakry questions his aunt about the gold, she tells him that Assaf took it after he found out its location.

Believing that Jalila had sent the maid to Assaf's mansion, Ghefran quarrels with Jalila, only for Selim to confess that he is the one who sent the maid. Ali beats Mostafa when he finds out that he insulted his mother.

Ghefran agrees to Assaf's request to let Jalila choose between them. As a group of masked men attacks a police patrol, Ali manages to arrest them and interrogate them, only to discover that Mostafa is the one who planned the whole thing.

Aziza passes away. Mostafa denies all charges and frames Ali for them. Hamza quarrels with Selim after warning him about harassing Fatma, revealing that he is in love with her.

As Jalila picks Assaf, she claims that she chose him out of fear for her sons because Ghefran won't hurt them, but Assaf is capable of killing them. Assaf looks for Shamya, only to discover that Bakry hid her somewhere else.

Bakry asks Assaf to give him the gold in exchange for reporting Shamya's location. Jalila asks Ghefran to forgive her, yet he refuses. Dahab turns against Assaf and informs Ghefran that Assaf does not know where his mother is.

Assaf agrees with Bakry to take Shamya in exchange for giving him the gold and the land contract. Ali captures Bakry with the gold of El Aghrab. Assaf takes Shamya to Ghefran's house, while Ghefran meets his mother after twenty years of absence.

Jalila tells Assaf that she chose him in order not to harm her children, but he does not believe her. Assaf surprises Nimeiri with the gold and tells him that he gave Bakry fake gold instead, and a fake land contract, which is signed by Mossad.

Ghefran warns Jalila about marrying Assaf after her waiting period ends. Bakry knows that Assaf had deceived him after the prosecutor tells him that the gold is fake. Assaf tells Mostafa that Ali wants to marry his daughter Raghda.

Jalila knows that Ghefran cheats on her with Dahab. Mahfouz and Mostafa agree that Ali marries Raghda. Assaf tells Ali that he knows the location of Gherfan's opium land.

After Selim insults Fatma, Hamza quarrels with him. As Ghefran knows about the matter, he orders Saleh to kill Fatma. The police attack Gherfran's opium land, while an unknown person shots Fatma.

Mossad takes Fatma to the hospital, as the doctor removes the bullet from her body. Hamza gets angry at Ghefran after knowing the matter and leaves the house. Ali arrests Ghefran on charges of cultivating and trafficking opium.

Fatma comes out of the coma. Hamza goes to Gherfran in custody to threaten him. As Jalila knows that Assaf has reported Ghefran to the police, she tells him that he broke his promise to her and threatens him.

Jalila tells Ghefran that she has wronged him and that she regrets choosing Assaf over him and asks for his forgiveness, but he refuses. The prosecution releases Ghefran and the case is closed for insufficient evidence.

Assaf kidnaps Selim and threatens Jalila to kill her son if she refuses to marry him. Ghefran plots to kill Ali on his wedding night to Raghda, while Saada tells Ghefran that Assaf will marry Jalila tonight.

Ghefran asks his brother, Saada, not to kill Ali, while Assaf gives Jalila El Aghrab's gold as her dowry. Assaf sends Ghefran a coffin on the back of a camel, where Ghefran finds his son Selim's corpse drenched in blood.

Assaf divorces Jalila and tells her that he killed her son Selim. Assaf also kills his brother, Nimeiri. Hamza asks Ghefran to avenge Selim's death from Assaf, so Ghefran kills him.

After Hamza is killed, Ghefran kills Ali, while Assaf kills Bakry and Hassib. The townsfolk attack the houses of Ghefran and Assaf. Ghefran quarrels with Assaf before the police arrest them and the court rules to execute both of them.
