Musa ibn Nusayr wins and enters the city of Tangier, accompanied by Tariq ibn Ziyad, the battle leader. Tariq is appointed governor of Tangiers and settles there, after which he prepares to conquer Ceuta and the rest of the other cities.

Roderic tells King Wittiza (King of the Goths) that he will confront the Muslims in the city of Ceuta so that they do not get it like Tangier. As Tariq ibn Ziyad asks his friend Aba Basir to take over the position of chief judge in Tangier, he decides to advance the Muslim army towards Ceuta.

As Tariq and his men besiege the city of Ceuta, Julian sends a message to Tariq telling him his desire for an unconditional truce between them, and Tariq agrees.

As King Wittiza dies, Roderic forces the sons of Wittiza and the people of the palace to pledge allegiance to him as king of the Goths. Duke Pedro objects to Roderic and tells him that he has usurped the throne and will never recognize him, so Roderic orders to put him in prison.

Tariq asks to meet Julian and invites him to his table. Roderic orders his men to bring Achilles alive or dead to avenge him. As Roderic attacks Florinda, Tariq meets Julian.

Achilles goes to Julian in Ceuta. Sizot asks for an army from Julian to free his father's throne from Roderic. As Julian receives a message from Florinda telling him that she's under the grip of Roderic, he decides to go to Toledo.

Roderic decides to lead the army against the North to take revenge on Alphonse and Archands. As Julian asks Roderic to go with Florinda to visit her dying mother, Roderic refuses to give him his daughter.

Julian sends a message to Tariq asking him to come as his guest in Ceuta. Florinda confesses to Father Gorgos that she lost her virginity at the hands of King Roderic. Julian asks Tariq to fight King Roderic and tells him that he will help him.

Roderic orders Sizot to go with him to the battlefield so that he will not be betrayed during his absence. Roderic's men arrest Sizot's aides. The Commander of the Faithful orders Musa ibn Nusayr and Tariq ibn Ziyad to move to conquer the land of the Goths and the Franks.

As Florinda plans with her maid to escape from the palace, Julian tells Tariq that Roderic has assaulted his daughter Florinda, and Tariq promises him that he will soon take revenge from the rapist Roderic.

Tariq tells Julian that he awaits for the Muslim Caliph to respond to the matter of war against the Goths. As Achilles criticizes Julian's cooperation with Tariq and the Muslims, Florinda begins her escape from the royal palace.

Achilles asks Tariq to give him the lands he inherited from his ancestors, and in return he will ally with him against the army of the Gothic kingdom. Tariq travels to Kairouan to meet Musa ibn Nusayr and tells him the latest developments in the land of the Goths.

Musa asks Tariq to speak with Sizot and Bishop Opus and ensure their loyalty before going to war against Roderic. Achilles asks Julian to turn on Tariq. Julian receives a message from Florinda telling him about her arrangement to escape from the palace.

As the men of the palace are looking everywhere for Florinda after her escape, Julian goes to the place where they agreed to meet but he doesn't find her. Tariq's men try to protect Florinda from bandits and take her to Tariq's house.

As Tariq's wife takes care of Florinda and teaches her the concepts and matters of Islam, she makes her wear the hijab. Tariq reassures Julian about his daughter and tells him that she is on her way to him. Julian gets mad after learning that Achilles is looking for Florinda.

Tariq and his men prepare a war plan against Roderic. As Roderic asks his commander to speak to Alphonse and orders him to pay allegiance and obedience to him, Alphonse refuses to respond to Roderic's order and insists on war.

Alphonse is betrayed by his associates who were paving the way for Roderic to enter the city without war. Roderic asks Alphonse for the cooperation of his army with him in his battle and in return he will leave his city in peace and Alphonse refuses, so Roderic orders to imprison him.

Roderic refuses to move the army from Alphonse's castle, fearing that his knights will turn on him, and asks Sizot to monitor Alphonse in prison. Musa asks Tariq to prepare himself and his soldiers for the battle against Roderic and tells him to await the order of The Commander of the Faithful.

As Tariq decides to go to his aides to check on them, he blames Tarif and Shatat for not being careful during their mission and for Bakr's mysterious disappearance. Roderic thinks of killing Alphonse, but he fears the people's reaction.

Aba Basir tries to calm Tariq towards his two friends, Tarif and Shatat, after their shortcomings. Tariq learns that Roderic's men have arrested Amr, and he succeeds in breaking him out of prison.

Florinda asks her father to order Achilles to leave the castle. As Tariq asks his men to prepare to leave before Moro comes, he and his men return to Tangier after the success of their mission. Roderic rules out the idea of Muslims coming to his country.

Julian agrees with Tariq on the war plan, and Florinda tells Tariq and his companions that Bakr has rescued her by his life to reach her father safely. Florinda meets Bella after a long time, and Roderic tells his men to prepare to march against Archands.

Tariq tells Julian that everyone awaits the Caliph's response, and until then, he will complete his preparation for the battle. Tariq and the Muslims rejoice after the response comes from Al-Walid ibn Abd al-Malik to open the land of the Vandals led by Tariq ibn Ziyad.

Tariq accepts Pancho's challenge and defeats him. The Muslims defeat Pancho's army in their first battle in the Vandals. Alphonse's knights refuse to obey Roderic, who fights with Archands and kills him.

Tariq refuses Julian's request to ask The Commander of the Faithful to provide the army with soldiers, especially that the Muslim army is small in number compared to the Goths'. Gisbert refuses Julian's request that the Goths' army avoid battle and tells him that he will not betray his country.

After Roderic learns from his men that the governor of Kairouan supported the Muslim army with five thousand fighters, he sends a message to Tariq telling him that he does not want war and wants to negotiate with him. Tariq refuses to meet the messenger of Roderic and the war begins.

Achilles rescues his brother Sizot from Tariq's hands during the battle. Aba Basir is killed, and Gisbert decides to withdraw from the battle and orders his men to return to their homes. Tariq kills Roderic and the Muslim army wins.

Tariq sends a message to Musa telling him that the Muslims have achieved victory over the army of the Goths and that he will continue the march, pursue the remnants of the fugitive soldiers, and conquer the cities. Musa gets angry about the message and feels that he has overstepped him.

Shaddad tells Tariq that the soldiers fleeing the battle are gathering in Toledo to face him. Musa sends a message to The Commander of the Faithful telling him that Tariq ignored his orders, and that he fears the collapse of the army and the unity of the enemy against him.

Tariq sends Tarif to the rulers of the city of Toledo to ask them to either surrender and pay tribute or fight. As the rulers of Toledo decide to surrender and open the gates of the capital to the Muslims, Tariq is happy with the news and enters Toledo with the Muslims.

Sizot and Achilles tell Musa that Tariq broke his promise with them and did not give them the rule and throne of Toledo. Julian asks Sizot to calm down and not engage in a quarrel with Tariq, who sends to Musa asking for help in facing the enemies.

As Musa reprimands Tariq for making decisions without consulting him, Tariq tells him that he had to and they reconcile. After the Commander of the Faithful requests Tariq and Musa's presence, Musa appoints his son Abdulaziz to lead the army until their return.

The Commander of the Faithful Al-Walid ibn Abd al-Malik dies and his brother Sulayman takes over the caliphate. He removes Musa and Tariq from their positions. Sulayman seeks the advice of Musa in the battle of his brother Maslama against the Romans. Florinda converts to Islam, and Musa ibn Nusayr dies.
