Steve comes to Miranda aid after she undergoes LASIK eye surgery. After a FDNY calendar benefit, Samantha starts dating a fireman, while Carrie meets the politician Bill. Charlotte sets out to find her "Prince Charming".

After her date dies of a heart attack, Miranda attends his funeral, where she meets one of Carrie's ex-boyfriends. Carrie regrets her decision, when she decides to teach a class on dating. Charlotte grows tired of her love life with Trey.

After getting robbed, Carrie decides to come clean to Natasha regarding her affair with Big. Miranda starts to feel insecure as she dates an attractive detective. Charlotte decides to part ways with Trey.

Miranda gets mad at the Chinese take-out girl for making fun of her for ordering food for one. Samantha clashes with the neighbors for making noise late at night. Charlotte gets a surprise visit from Trey.
