Khaled is worried about a recurring dream in which he sees his children apart from him, and he is surprised when his daughter Nouf's husband, Faisal, quarrels with her and her brother Mahmoud, as Nouf insists on a divorce.
Bazza suggests on her brother that Wedad marry Abdulaziz. Nouf discovers that her husband, Faisal, is cheating, on her. Mahmoud tells his mother of his desire to marry a girl he knows.
As Khaled refuses to wed his son Mahmoud to Laila due to the financial gap between them, and her father's imprisonment, he asks Ahlam to convince him to marry his cousin. When Nouf tells her father that Faisal was unfaithful, he tries to convince her that it's just a fling.
Ahlam resents Khaled's coldness in his treatment of her, and his lack of interest in her. Khaled asks for Alia's hand to marry his son Mahmoud, and Laila discovers the matter.
As Khaled dies, Abdulaziz thinks about getting close to his children, managing the company, and marrying Ahlam, and he starts arranging for that. Abu Shehab asks to manage the company and quarrels with Abdulaziz.
Ahlam marries Abdulaziz after Khaled's death, with the consent of her children. Wedad tries to convince Shehab's wife to marry her daughter to Falah, but she refuses.
Abdulaziz asks Khaled's children to authorize him with a general power of attorney to manage their affairs. Bazza dreams of her brother Khaled assuring her that she will soon take revenge on Abdulaziz. Mahmoud prepares to marry Laila.
Abdulaziz insists that Khaled’s children issue a general power of attorney for him, and he begins to use this to his advantage. Malak incites her husband to sell the house of his older sister Bazza. Laila begins to save behind her husband's back to pay her father’s bail to get him out of jail.
As delusions take over Ahlam who sees Khaled everywhere, her children decide to take her to a psychiatrist. Abdulaziz likes one of the clients and gets close to her. Shehab discovers Abdulaziz's attempts to take over the company and tells his sister, Alia.
Alia tells Shaza of Abdulaziz's manipulation of the administration of the company and asks her to tell Mahmoud, who suspects the actions of his wife, Laila, as she sells her jewelry to pay her father's bail. Abdulaziz quarrels with Ahlam and accuses her of still loving Khaled.
Abdulaziz's treatment of Ahlam changes, as he criticizes her in everything she does. Shehab tells his father that Abdulaziz has deposited the company's money in banks abroad.
Mahmoud discovers Abdulaziz's relationship with a woman other than his mother, Ahlam. Shehab hands Mahmoud papers that prove Abdulaziz's embezzlement of the company's money. Laila asks Abdulaziz for money to pay her father's bail and get him out of jail.
Laila asks Mahmoud to hire her father in the company. Bazaa tries to warn Mahmoud from Abdulaziz. Shehab resents his mother's interference in his marital life. Anwar requires Nouf to leave her son with her ex-husband in order to marry her.
Abdulaziz suggests mortgaging Bazza’s house, and handing over the money to Ahlam. Mahmoud begins to suspect Abdulaziz’s takeover of the company. Ghalba approaches Anwar, after Nouf refuses to give up her son as a condition of marrying him.
Nouf thinks of leaving her son with her ex-husband so that she gets married to the doctor who treats her. Abdulaziz turns to the lawyer to transfer the ownership of the villa in his name, and begins preparing to marry someone else. Mahmoud turns to another lawyer to expose Abdulaziz’s schemes.
Mahmoud discovers that Abdulaziz has transferred all of their property, and asks his mother to stop him, and she refuses. Abdulaziz marries another woman without anyone knowing.
Shaza takes pictures of Abdulaziz with his second wife, Awdah, and tells her mother about it. The lawyer tells Mahmoud that there must be a power of attorney from Shaza so that Abdulaziz can complete the sale of all the property to him, and reveals to him that Laila borrowed money from Abdulaziz.
As Mahmoud demands that Abdulaziz returns everything to him, Abdulaziz threatens him, while Ahlam makes sure of his marriage to Awdah. Alia's engagement party to Nouf's treating physician is held.
Ahlam confronts Abdulaziz with his marriage to Awdah and she decides to take revenge on him. Awdah asks him to transfer some property in her name to guarantee her right. Nouf thinks of returning back to her ex-husband.
Shaza begins to run the company under her legal share. Nouf tries to reconcile between Laila and Mahmoud.
Shehab's mother asks her son to stay with her in the annex of the house. Laila decides to file a lawsuit against her husband, Mahmoud, for divorce. Obsessions and dreams begin to control Abdulaziz by seeing Khaled threaten him.
Faisal asks Mahmoud to return his wife Nouf to him. Laila returns to her husband Mahmoud's house. Awdah leaves the house for Abdulaziz after his condition worsens, so he goes back to Ahlam and asks to stay in the villa.
Ahlam discovers that Abdulaziz is taking medication for a mental illness, while Awdah decides to get her rights from Abdulaziz.
Abdulaziz sells the company to Awdah so that she can trust him and come back. Laila discovers that her father returned back to fraud and scam.
The police arrest Laila's father. Awdah sells the company's, files a divorce case against Abdulaziz and flee abroad. Mahmoud files a case against Abdulaziz for embezzlement.
Abdulaziz disappears, rents a modest apartment to live in, and everyone keeps looking for him. Faisal divorces his second wife, and agrees with Nouf to return to their lives back together.
The police arrest Abdulaziz. Faisal's second wife, Reem, kidnaps his young son to take revenge on him and Nouf.
Reem throws Faisal and Nouf 's son into the garbage dump after she tried to kill him and someone tries to save him. The police investigate Abdulaziz after discovering that he has hallucinations in which he imagines the return of Awdah.
As the police decide to arrest Reem, everyone celebrates the return of Faisal's son. Mahmoud discovers that Anwar is the psychiatrist treating Abdulaziz, who is placed in a psychiatric clinic.
Dalal remarries. Laila's father is released from prison, but he returns to fraud again. Everyone remembers what Khaled entrusted them with before his death; to take care of each other and their money.
