As the police order the arrest of Khudair, they besiege him, but he refuses to surrender. Later on, it's revealed that his friend asked him to get to know a new girl, and Khudair refused because he felt suspicious of him.
As Khudair kills his friend Murtaja after they quarrel over a bet, their third friend witnesses the crime and reports it to the police. A mysterious group appears in the city to inflame the victim's family and stir up strife in the city.
The city men meet with the family of the victim and agree on letting Khudair pay the bloodwit (diya) to drop the case against him, stipulating that Khudair has to leave the city. Khudair refuses to leave his city but agrees to sell everything he owns to pay the bloodwit.
The investigator makes a deal with Khudair to give him information about the drug dealer, who is his cellmate, in exchange for his release from prison. Khudair gives him the information and goes out to search for a way to get money for the bloodwit they agreed upon.
The drug gang learns that Khudair revealed their secret, so they plan to either kill him or make him work with them. Khudair distributes cocaine. Detective Ali tries to reach the gang by all means. The Imam of the mosque then reports Khudair to the police, and an arrest warrant is issued for him.
Muhannad is caught by the investigator Omar, who interrogates him about his involvement with the gang whose goods Khudair was promoting. Muhannad reveals the identities of the gang members, headed by the Professor. Omar reveals that the Professor was once an agent for the Americans.
As Miqdad reveals the investigator's identity, his plan to entrap the gang fails. The gang plans to distribute drugs in the Basra area and land the investigator in a major problem, while he discovers the Sheikh's involvement with them. The Sheikh explains that he does so to avenge his son whom they killed.
The Sheikh’s plan fails and he is injured in the shooting. The gang wants to get rid of the Professor for his weakness in front of the Sheikh and the interrogator. Sohaib kills the Sheikh.
A sorcerer asks Sohaib to print for him the book, The Greatest Magic, while Sohaib discovers the great influence this book has on him.
The gang of Abu Tariq and Miqdad take revenge on the Professor’s killer through the sorcerer's magic. They also plan to set up a channel to cover them.
The Sheikh continues in his attempts to drive his friend away from the world of the Jinn. He seeks the help of the king of time and space from the Jinn to guide him to decipher the magic spell before Muqbil is lost.
The Sheikh succeeds in getting his friend back, triumphing over the world of Jinn and magic. Sohaib learns the place of the magician to take revenge on him, while Abu Tariq seeks the help of Miqdad to smuggle Iraqi antiquities.
As Abu Tariq and Miqdad attack the house of the Sheikh and Sohaib, they kill Miqdad and flee. Abu Tariq then catches them and kills Sohaib, only for the Sheikh to kill him. The police arrest the Sheikh for the crimes he committed.
