As an Iraqi army patrol is hit by a shell from ISIS that knocks them to the ground, an army officer tries to get a handle on the situation amid the rubble. He ends up meeting the worker Abu Ammar, who is making a gift for his granddaughter.

Jassem joins the Iraqi army to check on his friend, Muhammed after the ISIS bombing of his patrol. Jassem's father and Muhammed's father have been living in terror since their sons left amid the Iraqi skirmishes. Jassem is martyred at the same moment that Muhammed's son is born.

While Ali is on a patrol with the Iraqi army to liberate the area from ISIS, he finds the diaries of young Farah. He keeps looking for her, even after the end of his service, to fulfill her wish to go back home. He later discovers that she was in Amman and went back home after the area was liberated.

Huzayfa is a young teenager whose father was killed at the hands of ISIS while the Iraqi Army was liberating the area from their grip. He intends to take vengeance on an ISIS member, but he then backs off, abandoning the idea of revenge.

As Officer Hamza and Sajad's car breaks down in an unsafe location, Sajad goes to search for a battery. Hamza discovers an ISIS ambush in the area and a scared child trapped in the trunk of a civilian car. Hamza and Sajad manage to rescue the child and kill the terrorist.

A mother and her young daughter fall into the hands of ISIS. The Emir tries to take the child from her mother, but she tries to prevent him in various ways until the Iraqi army comes to rescue them.
