Dr. Abrar starts her first shift at the hospital. The ambulance unit gets its new captain, Abu Nasser, who starts inspecting the team. Faisal meets Abrar after he transfers a patient to the hospital.

Taim and Mashary find themselves embroiled in a marital conflict after they transfer a wife to the hospital. As patients harass Abrar, Faisal catches feelings for her.

Abrar gets fed up with how patients interfere in her personal life. Saleh and his colleague at the ambulance unit decide to buy sheep as an investiment. Abu Muhanad invites the team to his son's wedding and posts the videos on social media.

Abrar is affected by the death of one of the patients. Mashary's father goes to the ambulance unit believing that his son is the director of the unit. Faisal and Saleh try to delude him about that, and Abu Nasser does not tell the truth to Mashary's father in order not to hurt him.

Mashary is sad by the death of a patient whom he fails to help him with Saleh, while a female social worker is hired in the ambulance unit.

The ambulance unit team is exposed to several situations with the injured, as they try to treat themselves without any medical help. Abrar is surprised by a pregnant woman in the hospital who insists on giving birth without consulting any doctor.

Abu Nasser decides to hold a competition between the staff in the ambulance unit. All competitors get equal results while Abrar saves the life of one of the patients.

Abu Nasser decides to deliver a first aid training course for the people of the neighborhood. Saleh and Taim undertake the training, while Dr. Mohammed objects to Abrar’s way of giving false hope to patients.

Saleh tells his colleagues in the unit about a project of a mobile application to solve problems through it. Abu Nasser asks Faisal to train his nephew with him, but the latter cannot bear to see any sick people. Abrar loses consciousness due to the work pressure in the hospital.

The refrigerator of the ambulance unit breaks down and Saleh insists on calling a repairman he knows. Mashary meets a famous traveler who is injured and tries to get to know him in order to give him tickets for the next trip.

As Mashary and his colleague go to help a woman, they are surprised that she claims that she is injured and locks them in the house until her husband gives her what she wants. Faisal is terrified when he finds a patient with a dangerous type of scorpion.

As the ambulance team thinks that Friday is a day off for everyone, they find it a day full of emergencies. Faisal transports one of the patients, who refuses treatment, to the hospital, while Mashary looks forward to attending a concert, but he cannot find time.

Someone films Abrar while expelling an addict from the hospital, and posts the video. The video goes viral, while Abu Nasser tells the ambulance unit team to operate a new system inside the unit.

Abu Nasser asks the ambulance unit team to shoot videos to promote the unit, and show their efforts, so Saleh decides to shoot a live video while he rescues someone.

Dr. Mohammed believes that the presence of Dr. Hassan in the hospital is linked to the occurrence of many accidents. Faisal thinks that the appearance of some things to him during work are indications of what will happen. Saleh is happy with the arrival of his first child.
