Franklin tries to prevent a gang war from bursting in South Central. Gustavo and Teddy try to solve pipeline difficulties. Meanwhile, Irene Abe tries to grasp what's going on in her neighborhood. Leon sets out on a new path.

As Franklin's intentions go astray, he seeks assistance from an old sweetheart. Leon is having problems coping with Fatback in Franklin's absence. Meanwhile, Cissy becomes increasingly involved in Franklin's business. Irene eventually finds out where Alton is.

Nix shows up with an arrest warrant for Cissy as a result of Franklin's problems going beyond the gangs. Meanwhile, Teddy and Gustavo are out for vengeance.

Leon finds himself in a perilous situation due to Franklin's blunders. Teddy deals with the consequences that occurred in Tijuana. In the meantime, Irene's investigation has yielded an intriguing clue.

Franklin is at a crossroads when he has to choose between business and loyalty. With Teddy's help, Gustavo is released from jail following his arrest the night before, and the former warns Gustavo against his actions. Irene's investigation uncovers the Saints' complicity.

Franklin bears the repercussions of his decisions. Jerome and Louise arrive at a mountainous homestead in Little Rock, Arkansas, where Jerome is suspicious of the idea of establishing a cocaine pipeline. Teddy gets thrown for a loop when he learns that Matt died from a heart attack.

Franklin reveals that Fatback volunteered to take the blame for Tianna's murder. Moreover, he congratulates Louise and Jerome for their successful business in Little Rock. Teddy and Avi fly to Panama in order to recover a stolen sum of money.

Franklin's world is shaken as he discusses with Louise, Jerome, Leon, and Peaches the article published by the Los Angeles Herald Examiner. As Teddy regains consciousness, he finds that his wrists are tied with ropes.

Franklin plans to exact retribution on whoever tried to kill Louise, but he reminds Jerome that they must be cautious. Teddy strives to save his business.

Despite Franklin's attempts, his family eventually disintegrates. Teddy, on the other hand, faces a difficult choice. Meanwhile, Gustavo embarks on a new path, seeking out a way to reach Lucia Villanueva.
