After escaping from the psychiatric hospital, Jaber is returned to his ward again, and his wife Hoda visits him. In a flashback, she tells the treating doctor how she met Jaber through her work in journalism and discovering his illegal trade.

Hoda tells the story of Jaber kidnapping their young son and discovering that he suffers from schizophrenia. She meets with the psychological therapist, Marwan, Jaber’s friend, and he tells her how he met him in the juvenile service and their work in selling old clothes.

Marwan continues his stories with Jaber, their work in a car workshop, Jaber’s robbery from the workshop, then his disappearance for a while and his return with a lot of money, and their opening of a company together.

Jaber asks Marwan to collect information about journalist Hoda in order to edit an article about street vendors that would harm their work. Marwan tells about Jaber forcing Abu Hoda to agree to marry her.

The therapist reaches Jaber’s sister Hasna and his mother to learn more about his past and the reason for the condition he has fallen into, which is due to his father’s imprisonment and the deterioration of their condition.

Umm Jaber continues her story to the therapist and tells her of her financial hardship and her having to work for Abu Luay to support Jaber and his sister, and of Ayyad, the owner of the house, bargaining with Umm Jaber to marry her in exchange for waiving the late rent on the house.

Jaber objects to his mother working as a maid in Abu Luay's house. Hosna tries to convince her mother to forgive Jaber and visit him in the hospital. Ayyad tries to force Hosna to marry Abu Luay despite the age difference between them.

Hosna tells the therapist how her life turned into hell after her marriage to Abu Louay, and about the problems that arose between her and his son Louay.

Abu Hoda tries to convince his daughter not to visit Jaber in the hospital and to end her relationship with him. Hoda visits him in the hospital, and with the doctor’s approval, Jaber is released from the hospital, but the latter kidnaps his son again and Hoda goes crazy.
