As Gamal separates from his wife, he begins his work as a hotel receptionist, and meets Dr. Sherine, and he is surprised that she knows everything about his life and marriage. He finds himself seeing strange things happening in his room, and then the real Dr. Sherine is murdered.

When a family stays at the hotel, Gamal is forced to put them in Room 207. He meets a strange child who plays with Kamel, who discovers that his father is having an affair with his aunt. Gamal is surprised by Kamel's disappearance and his mother's death in mysterious circumstances.

Sarah begins her new job at the hotel, and a new guest arrives with his bride. Gamal is suspicious of his behavior and decides to monitor him. He discovers that he killed his wife and he put her in a suitcase. After he confronts him, he threatens to kill Sarah, then commits suicide.

When Al Khawaja, the owner of the hotel, decides to carry out maintenance and renovations in Room 207, the workers discover a person's skeleton buried in the wall, and that the doctor who lived in the room killed someone and buried him in the wall.

Gamal gets close to Sarah and admires her, and a couple arrive at the hotel and stay in Room 207. They discover each other's secrets through a TV in the room, and Gamal tries to fix things between them.

A party is being held to celebrate the hotel's 50th anniversary, and Gamal meets a little girl and enters Room 207. He goes back in time to the Battle of Vittorio Veneto to see for himself the story of Alfred Lorenzo, the original owner of the hotel, and takes him to the room.

Gamal wakes up and finds himself on the beach accused of murdering a journalist. He tries to remember what happened the night before, and it becomes clear that he was with journalist Hassan while he was in Room 207.

Gamal decides to leave the house and travel to Aswan with Sarah, but the arrival of a new guest in Room 207 changes all his plans.

Al Khawaja is considering selling the hotel, but Faten prevents him due to the previous agreement between him and Sherine, while Gamal tries to save his relationship with Sarah, but the latter is found dead.

As everyone mourns Sarah's death, they agree to set Room 207 on fire to get rid of its evil. Mina dies, and it's revealed that Sherine is Gamal's mother.
