Engineer Karam and his friend Ghassan go to decorate Dr. Fadel's villa. Karam is surprised by a picture of Natalie, whom he saw and spoke to six months ago despite her father's confirmation that she had died 10 years ago. Then Natalie appears as a ghost to her father.

Karam tells Natalie's father that he met her and gave her money, but he does not believe him and kicks him out. Karam's wife leaves the house when she learns of his story with Natalie, and when Fadel accuses him of robbery and attempted murder, his lawyer wife stands by his side and acquits him.

Karam sees Natalie, and his family accuses him of madness. Karam's mother reveals to Faisal the secret of her previous work as a cook in Fadel's villa, and her having to sell herself to the owner of the villa when Karam needed an operation, and the latter discovers that Fadel is not Natalie's father.

Faisal reveals to Karam that his mother sacrificed herself to save his life. In prison, Faisal visits Adel, who is accused of killing Natalie, and against whom Shamekh testified falsely in favor of Fadel. The latter collects information about Karam’s family from the lawyer Hisham.

Fadel bribes Saba to get information about her friend Lujain, Karam's wife. Lujain sees Karam with Alaa's sister.

Ghassan tells Karam that there has been a break-in in the workshop and everything in it has been stolen. Karam asks Fadel to stay out of his life. As Fadel threatens Lujain with her secret, he agrees with Hisham to make Karam officially insane.

As Fadel invites Karam to lunch at his house, he finds Souad serving the food and becomes angry. Alaa’s sister agrees to work as a secretary in Karam’s office. Faisal proposes marriage to Souad. Hisham discovers Faisal’s search for Natalie’s killer and for information about Shamekh.

Lawyer Faisal meets with Karam to prove Alaa's innocence. Faisal believes that Fadel is exploiting the dispute between Alaa and Natalie, and pushed Shamekh to falsely testify against Alaa that he killed her. Razan's betrayal and her transfer of Faisal's secrets to Hisham becomes clear.

Hisham continues to threaten Razan with an audio recording to force her to continue spying on Faisal. Lujain accuses Karam of being insane and abandons the house. Karam dreams of Natalie telling him about a clock buried by the rock at the house, so he goes with Alaa’s sister to investigate the matter.

After digging at the rock, Diala finds a watch that she gave to her brother Alaa ten years ago. Diala does not believe how Natalie told Karam in spite of being killed, but Faisal reassures Karam of his sanity and tells him that Natalie is alive.

Karam is transferred to a psychiatric hospital, and Faisal discovers that Karam is suffering from hallucinations. Fadel finds a message from Natalie asking to meet him, but he confesses by phone to killing her and burying her, and finds a picture of the gun with which he killed her in his bedroom.

Faisal confirms that Fadel killed Natalie and burned her car, after knowing that his hands were burned on the night of the accident. Karam tells the doctor about Wisal's bullying of his mother when he was young, which left him with a psychological complex, while Lujain returns to Karam.

After Shamekh's conversation with Faisal, Fadel decides to detain Shamekh, and Abu Mahran convinces him to escape for fear of his life. Traces of blood are found in Shamekh's apartment, but there is no body, so Captain Salem questions Fadel.

Abu Mahran escapes from Fadel's villa and wants to reach Karam. He goes to the grave and Natalie beats him. Faisal is sent a video of a woman with Shamekh and he thinks she is Natalie. Karam continues to visit the psychiatrist.

As he kidnaps Abu Mahran, Fadel discovers the theft of the safe along with a letter confessing the theft from Shamekh. Salem questions Fadel in the case of Shamekh’s murder, which raises Fadel’s astonishment about how the money was stolen at the same time as the news of Shamekh’s death was announced.

Salem finds the word “arrow” written in blood in Shamekh’s apartment, which prompts him to accuse Hazem of killing Shamekh, especially after discovering the arrow tattoo on his body. Souad asks Diala to stay away from Karam out of respect for his wife, but Karam confesses his love for Diala.

News comes of Hazem's murder, and Fadel becomes certain that Natalie is trying to implicate him in another murder. The latter calls him and threatens to kill him if something bad happens to Abu Mahran. Through the cameras, Fadel sees Natalie entering his office at night and leaving a message for him.

The psychiatrist discovers Karam's love for Diala because of her resemblance to his mother, which prompts him to think about leaving his wife. Fadel swears to Faisal that he didn't kill Natalie, Shamekh, or Hazem, and it's revealed that a planned incident took place to prove Karam's madness.

Diala and Karam continue searching for the missing violin, as it is the only hope to save Alaa from the murder charge. Everyone is waiting for the autopsy report on Hazem’s murder. Salem doubts that Natalie has a twin sister, but Souad denies this.

It's revealed that the hair found where Hazem was killed belongs to Salem. Karam discovers Ghassan's betrayal and that he relays his news to Fadel. Faisal discovers Razan's betrayal. After Saba tells him that Lujain confessed her love for Salem, Karam has a tantrum and is hospitalized.

Lujain learns that Karam discovered her confession of love for Salem through Saba, and despite her remorse, Karam does not forgive her, then divorces her.

Karam asks Lujain to conduct a test to prove his daughter Lynn's lineage. Anas finds a thief in his apartment, but he escapes before being caught, leaving a mysterious message that says: I will make you stay away from Diala, and Lynn is kidnapped.

Karam accuses Salem of kidnapping Lynn and having an affair with his wife. Natalie falsely tells Fadel of being married with a child. Fadel is arrested for kidnapping Lynn. Faisal realizes that someone wants to implicate Fadel and sees through the camera a woman leaving a child in the road.

Fadel tells the police that Natalie called him and then he found the child, so he is released. The cameras show a woman with Lynn called Sawsan, and then she is found murdered. When Fadel sees the body, he denies that it is Natalie, and Karam doubts that he had seen her before.

After she is questioned in Sawsan's murder, Mona discovers that Sawsan was cooperating with Salem, who forced her to call strangers, claiming her name was Natalie. Salem is arrested after Sawsan's phone is found in his home, and is accused of killing her and kidnapping Lynn.

Lujain decides to defend Salem, while the police open Natalie's case and order for her grave to be dug, only to discover that the body has disappeared. In the chaos, an undercover person sneaks in, drugs the guards, and then kills Abu Mahran.

The police question Fadel in the killing of Abu Mahran, and Faisal decides to defend him. Fadel confesses to making Shamekh give false testimony. Faisal discovers that Abu Mahran was disguised as Natalie to scare Fadel, and searches for the person who was controlling him.

Faisal confirms that Natalie has been dead for ten years. Doctor Tariq tells Faisal that Karam suffers from identity disorder due to people bullying his mother, and that he has another identity named Fahd who killed Natalie. Karam kidnaps Fadel and threatens to kill him.

Karam assumes the identity of Fahd and explains to Fadel how he killed Natalie. He convinced Sawsan that he was Salem and works for secret service, and convinced Abu Mahran that Fadel was the killer. He opened the file on Natalie’s murder to implicate Fadel in the crime and to avenge his mother.

Karam, while impersonating Fahd, confesses to killing Shamekh, Hazem, and Abu Mahran to implicate Fadel. When his plan failed, he tried to frame Salem for Hazem’s murder. Karam drugs Fadel and puts him in an underground coffin, but the police find him and arrest Karam.
