Yar Muhammad takes refuge in the north to escape hunger and decides to work in fishing. He does not realize that Turab, the arrogant, thuggish man, controls fishing in the region, so he wages war against him. Warsh, Jawad's widow, refuses to marry Turab and falls in love with the honorable young man, Yar Muhammad.
