As Neama works in waste sorting, she is summoned to the police station because her son Fares is accused of bombing a cafe in Italy, but he remains on the run from the Italian police for fear of being deported to Tunisia. As for African immigrants, they suffer both from exploitation and theft.

As Fares keeps looking for work, the dormitory of the immigrant girls is burnt down, and the prisoners rebel against mistreatment by the police.

A prisoner tries to kill Saroukh, and peasant women discover a mass grave, while a Tunisian takes Fares to his home and sympathizes with him after the latter was beaten by some people.

As Saroukh manages to escape from the guy who wanted to kill him, the officer advises him to change his location, and Fares works in the drug trade.

Fares' situation improves slightly with his drug trade business. Khaled's father arrives in Italy and gets into many troubles. As children find a baby lying in the garbage, they take him to the hospital.

The girls who work on the farm suffer from the boss's bullying and blackmail. Fares does not accept what his friend did when he killed the policeman. Khaled's father is still looking for his son from place to place.

The police arrest Sarah for assaulting the man who tried to hit Kayla, and Saroukh's case is postponed.

Saroukh asks Tijani not to betray him, and Lamine secretly watches his son, while Majeed is still looking for his son Khaled.

Lamine quarrels with his son's Italian mother for despising him for being an Arab. He also finds the phone numbers of the Tunisian girls in Italy and gives them to Majeed to find his son. Riad is paralyzed and Saroukh carries him to the doctor.

The mafia boss kidnaps Fares and asks him to put surveillance cameras on Saada's son. Kayla lives with Sarah and her friends, while the Italian farm official imprisons several young men in a basement.

Sarah is taken to the hospital, while at court, Saroukh tries to tell the judge that he did not kill the passengers. Hala meets Majeed and takes him to live in her house, while Lamine decides to return to Tunisia.

Fares gets involved in the bombing of a café, while the relationship between Hala and Majeed solidifies. Lamine returns to Tunisia and meets his mother. As the police interrogate Fares's mother, the officer advises her that he turns himself in.

As Fares' mother is shocked that her son is accused of bombing the café, she is fired for being considered the mother of a terrorist, while Fares calls his girlfriend and tells her he's innocent, and the officer listens in on their call.

After her insult, Neama decides to move to another house so that no one knows that she is Fares's mother. Saroukh passes out from joy when his friend is released from prison. Amina's lover asks her to come with him to France.

Riad is punished for stealing drugs from the prison clinic, while Majeed discovers that Hala is taking drugs, and tries to advise her to quit. Neama decides to hire a lawyer for her son, and his girlfriend takes him in to hide him from the police.

Majeed decides to search for his son and leave Hala, while Lamine's mother asks him to marry his brother's widow for the sake of the family. Saroukh plans with the prison doctor to help him escape.

As Saroukh escapes from the hospital, he meets the doctor and her daughter in her house and thanks her for smuggling him, while Amina is still homeless in the street with her boyfriend. Majeed is arrested after attacking the consulate employee.

As Saroukh kidnaps his girlfriend's son, the doctor tries to persuade him to live with her and her daughter, but he refuses and wants to return to Tunisia. As Fares surrenders to the police and all the news channels report the news, his mother hears about it.

Amina marries her lover, while Majeed is waiting for the decision to deport him to Tunisia while he is in prison, and Hala promises him to search for Khaled. The officer interrogates Fares and proves the accusation against him, even though he did not confess.

Saroukh is arrested and the child returns to his mother. The police return Fares to Tunisia for trial there. Kayla meets Hala in Italy. As Majeed meets his son while waiting for the plane to deport him to Tunisia, Amina and her husband also wait to return after the death of her friend, Rahma.
