Abu Habib tries to find out why Abu Zaffer built a house next to his. Meanwhile, Umm Ghalia is upset because Fayez has been away for a long time and still hasn't proposed to her daughter, believing he has married another woman in Riyadh.

Umm Zaffer is upset that her husband did not tell her he's renting their house out for the opening of a school. Meanwhile, Abu Zaffer refuses to let his daughter Hosna go to school while Ghalia looks forward to going.

Fayez is back in town and is welcomed by everyone, and Zaffer's sister asks him to convince her father to send her to school.

Abu Zaffer refuses Fayez's request to marry Ghalia, and suggests that Fayez works as a teacher, but he refuses and has to leave again. In order for Abu Zaffer to get closer to Hosna's teacher, he agrees to send her to school.

Al Gaziya complains to Mozna that she can't conceive with Motrak. Meanwhile, Umm Ghalia is upset because Abu Zaffer built a bakery next to her house, and Abu Zaffer keeps trying to get closer with his daughter's teacher and Mozna begins suspecting it.

Ghalia tells Hosna that there's a suitor for her, but she refuses to see him. Meanwhile, Abu Zaffer keeps on watching his daughter's teacher, but Motrak's wife thinks he's watching the schoolgirls.

Abu Saleh's children fight with Rabie and attack him at the bakery. Meanwhile, Umm Ghalia complains to Mozna that Ghalia rejects all her suitors, while Abu Zaffer suspects that Umm Ghalia likes him.

Zaffer plots to steal Umm Ghalia's TV with his friend, but they run away after Rabie sees them, and Umm Ghalia thinks Rabie is the thief. Meanwhile, Motrak's wife suffers from a skin disease that she's hiding from him.

Abu Zaffer scolds Rabie for breaking into Umm Ghalia's house. Meanwhile, Fayez gets a job at a newspaper, and is surprised to see Zaffer running to him when the townspeople discover he was the one who tried to steal Umm Ghalia's TV.

Zaffer returns to his father and a fire erupts at Abu Zaffer's palm tree farm. Meanwhile, Ghalia's grandfather tries to convince her to marry anyone who proposes.

A fire erupts at the palm tree farm yet again, and Abu Zaffer decides to make Massoud guard the palm trees, and suspects Mehles.

Motrak tells his sister to convince Abu Zaffer to give him the deed to the house so he can set a price for it. Ghalia is upset when Fayez publishes a poem dedicated to a girl, while Al Gaziya's rash spreads and she seeks Ghalia's help.

Abu Badr dies, and Maha asks to meet Fayez. Meanwhile, Motrak wants to divorce his wife but Mozna intervenes and helps them make up.

Fayez stands Maha up, as he is loyal to Ghalia. Meanwhile, Umm Ghalia confides in Mozna that her husband wants to marry a teacher, and Abu Habib tries to convince Abu Zaffer to transfer the ownership of the house to Motrak so he can set its price.

Abu Zaffer argues with Motrak over the ownership of the house, and Al Gaziya reveals her pregnancy to Motrak. Meanwhile, Malhas assaults Fayez and threatens to kill him, and Abu Zaffer buys Habib a TV.

Abu Habib convinces Motrak to take the new house in exchange for Abu Zaffer's, and the latter asks Umm Habib to help him marry Sharaa the teacher, and tells Mozna, who leaves the house.

As Fayez returns to town, he pays his condolences to Umm Ghalia, and expresses his sympathy to Mozna because Abu Zaffer wants to marry another woman. Abu Zaffer tries to convince him to get married as well, and blames him for turning Mehles in to the police.

Mozna refuses to let Abu Zaffer marry another, which makes him postpone the marriage. Meanwhile, Motrak asks Fayez to convince Abu Zaffer to give him the deed to the new house, then Abu Zaffer is shocked by Rabie's disappearance and finds blood stains in his house.

Abu Zaffer loses all hope in finding Rabie, and decides against remarrying to please Mozna. Meanwhile, Ghalia falls sick when she thinks Fayez has married another, but he assures her she's the only one for him.
