As Souad suffers from the domination of her mother-in-law, she gives birth to a sick child, and Rasheed asks for money from his mother, but she refuses. Maria asks Hisham to pay child support for their son. Anis has an affair with Hayat and deceives her by telling her he is not married.

As Anis refuses to admit that he got Hayat pregnant, she decides to steal his personal file from the hospital, then gives birth to her son, and years later, he grows and inquires about the reason for his father's absence. Souad gives birth to a daughter, who is replaced in the hospital.

As Souad works in housekeeping in a hotel, her husband gets jealous, especially after his mother creates strife between them. He also beats her, so she leaves the house and goes to her friend.

Hanan tells her friend that Hisham feels guilty. As Rasheed feels that Kholoud is not his daughter, he quarrels with his wife and beats her, so the latter decides to take her daughter and leave the house.

Souad goes to live in her sister's house, while Karim asks his mother to know his father and why he abandoned him, so she quarrels with him. As Rasheed wants to bring Souad back home, she refuses and asks for a divorce.

As Souad and her daughter are forced to live with her relative, her husband is still chasing her until she returns to him. Hayat confesses to Karim that Anis is his father and has abandoned them. Hanan wants to understand from the doctor why her daughter does not have her parents' blood type.

As Laila gets into an accident, her mother suspects that she is her daughter and tells Hisham that. Kholoud meets her father in the street and gets angry with him. Hisham goes to the hospital to learn the name of the family that gave birth to a daughter on the same night that his wife gave birth.

Rasheed asks Souad to find the truth about Kholoud because he suspects that she is not his daughter, after which he gets arrested for distributing drugs after Souad reported him.

Rasheed gets Hisham's address because he suspects that his daughter was switched in the hospital with another during her birth, and he tells Souad that he wants her back. Hayat meets Anis in the hope that he will recognize their son.

Hisham discovers that he loves his wife Hanan a lot, while she asks Ali to help her get closer to Laila. Kholoud is sad when her grandmother tells her that Rasheed is not her father.

Ali takes Kholoud to his girlfriend's house, but she doesn't welcome her. As Hanan goes to the hospital where she gave birth to inquire about the woman who gave birth at the same day, Anis refuses to admit that anything wrong happened.

Hisham asks Ali to return Kholoud to her family's home. As Souad is looking for her daughter everywhere, she is surprised to find her back after her quarrel with Laila.

Laila attempts suicide after hearing her mother tell Hisham that Laila is not her daughter. Souad stipulates to Rasheed that she return to him in exchange for not returning Kholoud to her real family.

As Souad is hospitalized, she insists on taking revenge on Rasheed by putting him in jail for beating her. The police interrogate Hayat about switching the two girls in the hospital where she was working. Hisham takes his daughter's toothbrush and gives it to Laila for a DNA test.

Rasheed gets married, much to the sadness of Souad and Kholoud, and he also takes money from Hanan in exchange for giving her Kholoud's address. Bushra works as a singer in nightclubs behind her mother and brother's backs.

As Hanan discovers that Kholoud is her real daughter, she asks Souad to take her to her house to live with Laila, but Souad refuses and expels her, while Bushra secretly works at wedding parties as a singer.

As Laila is blackmailed by someone who threatens to post compromising pictures of hers on social media, she pays him, but he nevertheless posts the pictures, and she tries to commit suicide. The officer begins to solve the mystery of switching the two girls in the hospital.

The officer shows a picture of the accused of switching the girls in the hospital to Bushra, who is surprised by her mother's picture and confronts her, but she denies the accusation against her. Laila tells Ali about the pictures that forced her to attempt suicide.

Hisham is furious after finding out about the photos. Ali tells the officer that it was his mother who switched the girls in the hospital, and Laila asks her mother to do a DNA test.

The truth about the switch of the two girls in the hospital is revealed, as Ali's mother was the one who did it, so Hanan and Hisham decide to move to another city and take Souad, Kholoud, and Ali with them.
