The auctioneer and his sister Faten go to Al-Aqel's house, and they meet his wife. His father dies and all the residents of the village go to condolence him.
Anwar works in his mother's shop, and she always complains about his behavior. However, Anwar hopes to get the papers of his mother's land so that he can become rich.
Anwar goes to visit Sheikh Nazim, but the guards prevent him. Al-Aqel tells Shakib that he is married and sends a message with him to his first wife without the knowledge of his second wife as he is afraid of her.
Sheikh Nazim wants to invest in a project, but the engineer tells him that he has to do any charitable project to be tax-exempt.
As Shakib returns to the village, his sister attends the celebration that the Sheikha is doing.
Sheikha Nadia feels jealous of Faten, especially after she changes her clothes and gets dressed up after the sheikha pours tea on her clothes. On the other hand, the Sheikh likes Faten.
Sheikh Nazim wants to take the shop where Anwar works to include it in the project he intends to do. As for the Sheikha, she asks her husband's sister to claim her share in the project.
Anwar helps Barakat install electricity in his house in return for giving him some food. In the meantime, Faten travels with her brother to a nearby village to sell goods.
Barakat dies, and Anwar is accused of killing him. The guards take him to the sheikh, but the latter asks Saeeda to give up her land in exchange for the release of her son.
As Saeeda refuses to sign the waiver of her land, Barakat wakes up during his burial, to the astonishment of everyone.
Barakat now lives in the cemetery, and the villagers go to him for treatment of spiritual diseases, and they consider him a spiritual man. Shakib goes to him and feels afraid of him.
The sheikha goes to Barakat to perform love spells for her husband, and Faten and Shakib distribute food to the poor and children of the village.
The Sheikh finds the magic veil that Nadia puts on and quarrels with her. The expatriate asks for Faten's hand in marriage, and Shakib agrees. Barakat dies in the haunted house.
Shakib works as a policeman but does not tell anyone and he is the reason for catching a smuggling gang. Shakib backs down from his sister’s marriage to an expatriate.
Anwar sleeps outside the house because Faten is inside with his mother. After Shakib is released from prison, he feels grateful for Anwar and considers him his brother.
Anwar takes his mother to the hospital, and he does not have the money to pay for the surgery, so he asks Shakib for money, and the latter sells the car for Saeeda to have the operation.
Shakib quarrels with Anwar, so he leaves the house and takes Faten with him to Sheikh Nazim's house.
Shakib refuses Anwar's request to marry Faten, despite his friendship with him, because he is without a job, and the latter gets angry.
Sheikh Nazim asks for Faten's hand in marriage, and Shakib agrees, and a big engagement party is held amidst Anwar's grief. As for Sheikha Nadia, she feels very angry and decides to take revenge on her husband.
The Sheikh goes on a trip to the ancient village with his family, and the Sheikh discovers that Shakib is an informant of the police.
Nazim makes sure that Shakib is a policeman, so he sends his men to fetch him. Shakib escapes, and Noor, the sheikh's sister, likes Shakib.
Sheikh Nazim decides to send Shakib to China under the pretext of bringing goods to sell, so he brings him a Chinese teacher to teach him the Chinese language, which angers his wife.
Nazim campaigns for Shakib to be elected to the local council, and Hajj Shamil campaigns for Anwar to benefit from his mother's land.
Shakib's electoral campaign continues amid major celebrations of dancing and singing. Shakib also delivers a speech to his supporters, showing the advantages of his work as an auctioneer.
Shakib discovers that there are antiquities, jewelry, and drugs in the haunted house, but Haitham arrests him. On the other hand, Nazim asks his men to clear the haunted house of any evidence against him or Sheikh Shamil.
Noor confesses to Shakib that she likes him, and discovers that he has prevented Faten from marrying her lover, Anwar.
Anwar becomes rich and has a company and a car. Nazim puts drugs and antiquities in Anwar's apartment and accuses him of smuggling.
Anwar is arrested on charges of smuggling antiquities, and Shakib tries to prove his innocence by telling the officer that Haitham is the owner of the antiquities. Shakib asks Noor to help him.
Shakib pretends to have been killed by Haitham, while Nour reveals her brother and Shamil’s plan to eliminate him and saves him. Nour marries Shakib and gives birth to two children.
